A part had to be ordered from dealership. Mrs. Armstrong went out of her way to help me locate a rental car and drove me to the rental car business so that I could continue with my business trip. My car was ready when promised. The repairs were throughly explained to me. Mr. Armstrong took great care to make sure the repairs were right and that the car was running well before returning to me. The price was fair. I was lucky to find Armstrong Automotive.

I was able to get back on my way to Atlanta early the next day. That was in 2015, it is still fixed! Later I moved to the Colquitt area and use Highway 27 for all my repairs. My son and husband take their vehicles too! This is the most reputable auto repair I've ever found.

They were finished quicker than they said they would which was great however I've been having some issues AC That it's not cooling down like it's supposed to I took it back in. They checked it says they recharged it less than a week later have the same problem have not been back yet to see what the issue is. This will have to remain a completion of this story in the next few weeks.

I relayed this information to the service writer. I could tell he really wasn't listening to me which is nothing new when talking to a lot of service writers. Always remember this is how they get paid. So I called in the next day to ask had they found the problem. He was very hostile in giving me his answer. He was telling me I may need breaks and rooters.I told him I just put new breaks and rooters on it. In short he told me that I could come and get my car.I told him not to touch it I will be right there to pick it up. I took my car to Silver Star Mercedes Benz auto repair. I had picked up a huge rock in my wheel. They removed the rock and didn't charge me a dime. I will never take my car to Techway again. Yes they are over charging people or over diagnostics same thing. Either way they are taking your money.
