Family was traveling through Georgia from vacation and vehicle started having mechanical issues, I found Franklin's Spring Creek Ford 10 miles away and 30 minutes before they closed. Service manager Hunter went above and beyond to ensure we were back on the road. We are so grateful for Hunter and his service team to get us back on the road after hours. 10 stars if I could give them out. read more

My family and I were on a trip to visit family in Colquitt and our diesel truck broke down on a Sunday. We had to have the truck towed to this dealership and wait until Monday to talk to anyone. My husband talked to Don about 8:15 in the morning. By 9:30, Don called back telling us the truck was fixed! We so amazed by the quick service! The cost of repair was also very reasonable. We didn't feel as though we were being taken advantage of at all. In fact, it cost more to tow the truck than to repair it! read more

My friend just purchased a used Ford truck from this dealership. The check engine light was on…read more The dealer Mr. Drake said that it was a loose gas cap. On the way home the transmission started acting up. The torque converter was defective we thought. He agreed to make the truck right. He did attempt a repair but it did not fix anything. Before I got home, the transmission overheated. I have now contacted him again and he says that he is not doing anything else for me. I paid him with a Credit Union check so basically once it cleared he told me to go away. I am now facing either the cost of rebuilding the transmission or buying a new transmission. Neither of which he will make right. He offered me 400 bucks to go towards the repair. One final note about the check engine light. The year truck I bought has no gas cap. So I guess the loose gas cap excuse for the gas light was a complete lie. So, the transmission is bad and also the check engine light is still on. I did buy it as a used vehicle but, it is ashame I didn't even make it home on a 14000 dollar truck that was sold to me as a good vehicle. I hope you avoid this place.
