My husband got lost otw and arrived at 3:05 for his 3:00 appointment to be told that he would now have to wait 2-3hrs to be waited upon. Yes, he was late. Should the next person in line be assisted, of course, no problem. However, to be treated like that as a brand new customer new to the area is ridiculous. Actually, I take that back, NO CUSTOMER, should ever be cast aside like that. Life happens, traffic happens. We definitely prefer to use a Ford dealership for all our service needs, but we will definitely be looking elsewhere for a dealership to give our business to.

He claimed the car was in tip top shape, but the car only lasted a week before I had to take it back for maintenance. Also when I brought the car back for maintenance, they didn't even fix the issue that I specifically asked them to fix. I had to go to another mechanic to get it fixed. Do not, I repeat DO NOT purchase a vehicle from these crooks! It's sad when your own people will do you dirty for a dollar bill! SMFH! I wish I could give zero stars!

Garret is the man!…read more On the way to surprise my nephew on Move In day at FAMU, our car broke down on the side of the road. I looked up 'MECHANIC' on Google and this is the shop that came up, the only one and clearly the best. It was after 4pm, I called and he literally talked me through what the problem was. We had the car towed, his shop closed it 6, he waited on us with the tow truck and did not stop until he found what the problem was. We did not leave until well after 6pm and not once did he express any type of aggravation or attitude. Very professional, kind, and affordable. The next day the car started to make a weird noise and we called and he had no problem informing that the part was under warranty so if need be, we could go locally (since we were back in Georgia) to get it replaced if need be. This is a go to! Thanks Garrett!!!

I would not recommend Darrin's Auto and Tire Service based on my family's experience…read more My sister paid around $900 for what they said would fix her vehicle. After the repair, they apparently never took the time to verify that the original problem was actually resolved before returning the car. When the same issue remained, instead of standing behind their diagnosis, they claimed the problem was on the opposite side and wanted to charge my mother and sister even more because the first diagnosis was wrong. A professional repair shop should confirm that a repair actually fixes the customer's complaint before calling the job complete. If a diagnosis turns out to be incorrect, the customer shouldn't be expected to pay for the shop's mistake. Everyone can make an honest mistake, but how a business handles those mistakes says a lot about its integrity. This experience left us feeling like profit was prioritized over accurate diagnostics and customer service. I hope others ask plenty of questions and request proof that the original issue has been verified before paying for repairs.
