Someone told me about Gibbons in Dothan Alabama. So I took my truck today. They told me my back brakes were out of adjustment and the front calipers were not working correctly. They fixed my brakes. She was very professional to work with and very responsive to our budget and vehicle requirements. We appreciated her 'no pressure' approach and how quickly she made things happen - we were able to select our vehicle and get in and out of the dealership in about an hour. My compliments to Debbie, in all the vehicles our family has purchased or leased over the years at various dealerships - this was by far one of the best experiences. If you are interested in a new VW or a pre-owned vehicle and reside in the Wiregrass area - make sure you contact Debbie before going to any other dealership - she is that 'Good.'

No one came out to show us which cars and we had no way of knowing since there were several Camrys and kias. Car shopping is stressful enough so there's no way I'm going to waste my time confused and feeling unwelcome. Very disappointed because there were some nice vehicles and seemed to have good reviews.
