For perspective, we live and travel full time in our RV…read more Due to a combination of poor planning and bad decisions we had a dually tire blow out on a highway a few miles from Farmer's Tire Center. We called them and they reached out to a guy that does local mobile tire repair. However, he was unavailable. So even though they don't offer a mobile service they sent one of their shop employees out with a spare and a Jack to take care of us. As if that wasn't enough they trusted us to follow him back to get the rest of our back tires replaced and pay. Who does that anymore? We may have caught them at an especially generous and vulnerable period- I don't know. But what I do know is they took care of us at an especially vulnerable period! He had the tires I needed after telling me that if he didn't that he could get them same day. He worked me in with the other customers. Staff was friendly and helpful. They found a missing endcap on one axle. The owner had one of the workers go down the street to get the pet I needed. It only took a few extra minutes and was at cost. Overall amazing service. I explained the problem to Scott, the service manager. He knew right away what the problem was, without $400.00 worth of diagnostics. I brought it in at 8:00 in the morning. By 3:00, Scott called me back to tell me what the parts and labor cost, and had it ready by 9:00 the next morning.
