We were actually able to get a hold of the local Dothan office Monday morning and they said they can't do service calls outside of the shop - we have to bring it in. So if you think you are going to get someone to come to your home of place of business by calling the customer service center (even though it is the local number) try and get a hold of the local folks to confirm that appointment as customer service has not a clue as to what they are capable of doing locally.
