We were actually able to get a hold of the local Dothan office Monday morning and they said they can't do service calls outside of the shop - we have to bring it in. So if you think you are going to get someone to come to your home of place of business by calling the customer service center (even though it is the local number) try and get a hold of the local folks to confirm that appointment as customer service has not a clue as to what they are capable of doing locally.

Their shop is set up to do calibration work which is necessary for windshield replacements on newer vehicles so that is a big plus. Yesterday I had a windshield chipped in another city and a glass shop there told me it couldn't be repaired. I drove back to Dothan and Tim at Glass Medic fixed the damage on the spot at an affordable price. This business has definitely earned my long-term loyalty!
