They were finished quicker than they said they would which was great however I've been having some issues AC That it's not cooling down like it's supposed to I took it back in. They checked it says they recharged it less than a week later have the same problem have not been back yet to see what the issue is. Always remember this is how they get paid. So I called in the next day to ask had they found the problem. He was very hostile in giving me his answer. He was telling me I may need breaks and rooters.I told him I just put new breaks and rooters on it. In short he told me that I could come and get my car.I told him not to touch it I will be right there to pick it up. I took my car to Silver Star Mercedes Benz auto repair. I had picked up a huge rock in my wheel. They removed the rock and didn't charge me a dime. I will never take my car to Techway again. Yes they are over charging people or over diagnostics same thing. Either way they are taking your money.

I googled "Tire shop" near me and Hartford Tire and Auto Center came up. I had to turn around and drive 10 miles but it was worth it. The Hartford Tire and Auto Center staff were attentive and took care of the tires. Somehow I had two nails on my driver's tire and one on my front passenger's tire, I witnessed when the nails were taken out and the attention to detail while patching the tires; It was relieving to know the SUV and I were in great hands and gave me peace of mind to continue my drive.
