Luis and Lucas came out for the estimate and they were very nice and professional and really made me feel taken care of. These guys worked really hard. The leak must have taken 10 hours to fix over 2 days but he did it. I decided to have them replace my angle stops and when they touched my old galvanized steel it crumbled in their hand. So we had to replace ALL the pipes. Luis was fabulous to work with. A gentleman and man of his word. Lucas and a couple of other guys, I WISH I could remember their names, were also very professional and competent. I would use them again in a heartbeat....but I hope I don't have to.

Dealing with this company has been an absolute nightmare…read more Replaced my whole AC. Was at my house from 8am to almost 10pm. My husband had ti take off work and I had to leave work early because my husband had an appointment. A technician came out with an apprentice. The AC never actually turned on and they had to come out the next day because things outside weren't properly installed. The following Monday (exactly 1 week later), we woke up and the AC wasn't working again. Monday was also Labor Day so naturally, it took my husband 9 calls to get in contact with someone even though this company claims to be 24/7. The issue was, the thermostat wasn't properly installed which turned the whole system off. They didn't have another thermostat to give us, so they took reinstalled our old ones which temporarily fixed the issues. Next day, AC wasn't working again. This time it was a draining issue in the attic -my husband went up in the attic and drained it manically. Technician came out, actually broke it more (which we found out the next day) and left. This technician was at my house till 7-8 at night. Next day, AC wasn't working again. Still a drowning issue. My husband continued to manually drain it himself and took a video of the broke piping that wasn't previously broken. No technicians can come out till the following day. Thursday now, I leave work early for the technicians that are supposed to come 12-2... guess what, no one does. 2:15, I call for an update, 3:30 I call for an update. Technician finally shows up at about 530 -so again, I had to take off of work for no reason. Technician comes out, my husband shows him the video and guess what? THEY DONT HAVE THE PARTS TO FIX IT. So I waited all day for absolutely nothing. Technicians are supposed to come back out today so we'll see if this finally gets resolved. I'm not hopeful. Update: Company never called me to notify me when someone was going to come out like they said they would which annoying. When the technician came out, he had the correct fittings for the piping but he forgot a thermostat so he had to go get one at their store so that added another hour. All the technicians that have come out have been very nice. But that doesn't actually fix my AC. I feel completely ripped off. They replaced my whole system, just for it to take like 4-5 other visits to work . It feels like they're stealing our money. They never even give us the courtesy of calling to let us know when someone will be at the house if they're running late -they just expect us to be able to wait all day. Terrible customer service. Me and my husband are both active duty military so luckily we don't lose any money when we need to leave work early for these things but guess what? A lot of people do lose their income when they aren't actually at work. This company seems to have no sense urgency or caring of others to actually prioritize them and their time At this point, I want/expect a conversation with an owner or manager. I requested that one the phone and the woman said she'd forward me call to someone.. still haven't gotten anything from anyone. It's like they don't actually care. I'd like to know the average amount of apts it typically takes to install someones AC correctly and if it's always so many. I'd also like a discount because all of the issues we've run into have been absolutely ridiculous.

Zach got the call and arrived on time. He fairly quickly found that the old ceiling light fixture had seen better days and recommended we just replace it with a modern one. As part of a house refresh, he re-positioned outlets and switches and installed lighting fixtures and ceiling fans. He quickly diagnosed and fixed a three-way switch that had been improperly wired. When installing an overhead light he uncovered a prior sketchy DIY job and used some ingenuity to correct the issue and bring it up to code. He designed and installed kitchen under- and over-cabinet lighting (one of his favorite tasks), to cleverly conceal the wiring and conveniently position the dimmer switches. Over several trips, all jobs were done well and at reasonable cost and the job site left clean and tidy. I am happy to recommend Jesse for his consistently excellent work.

Honestly, I almost didn't book him as I noticed mixed reviews on this site for his company. After doing some research, I realized that all but one of the negative responses were to the last owner which has no reflection on Jesse in my opinion. I also searched his business on the NextDoor Ap and saw that he has won "Best of the Northwest" for the past 3 years and has many recent testimonials/ recommendations from people in our community. Since I felt reassured by my research, and happy with his pricing I had him come out to do some work for us and I was very happy with his work. I had an excellent experience working with Jesse. He was professional, easy to talk with and answered all of my questions. He completed his work quickly and made sure everything was safe and actually cleaned up when he was finished. HIs pricing was fair, but he does not cut corners or sacrifice quality or safety for lower pricing. I personally appreciate his attention to detail, clean precise work and focus on quality. I'll definitely be calling Jesse again for any future electrical work and highly recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced, skilled and honest electrician.

This company was able to respond fast, and they get 3 stars for fixing *most* of it fast. But I hired them to fix all of it, and I paid them over $2.5K for the half day of work. While they were here, when I went out to see what was happening, no one would talk much to me. I'm a woman homeowner and I've found that some companies have workers who talk to me as the intelligent human who hired them, and some haven't figured out how to do that. This company belongs to be the latter category. (No women were on their work team unless you count the receptionist, unsurprisingly.) After they left some of the lights still weren't (and still aren't) working. I left a polite phone message asking for them to come check it out, and quickly got an email - not a phone call - in reply. The email said they will not come back even to look at it without charging me for $125/hour and they won't look at anything until I've paid them in full. (That little threat was sent to me less than 72 hours after this emergency occurred.) They seemed to have a close relationship with TEP, our utility, and it felt very much like working with a utility - not a great deal of customer power or choice.
