Don't eat here, you will be disappointed with the rest of your meals while in Ireland. The atmosphere was cozy, and the people were very friendly. The pork tenderloin special was tender and full of flavor. The baked honey ham with mash and cabbage was a hearty portion and the perfect meal for cold, rainy day after visiting Blarney Castle. The warm bread & butter pudding with cinnamon custard was over the top. Our boys enjoyed the kids' Mac & cheese and a burger. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and are sad to be leaving the area in the morning or we would gladly be back for a repeat trip!

Blairs Inn has now become my favorite place to eat in Ireland! The food was AMAZING!!!! We liked it so much we went for lunch and dinner on the same day. The restaurant is a quaint, rustic locals spot near Blarney Castle. It is family owned and operated. We met the head chef Duncan who was super friendly and his brother Richard who kept us entertained with congenial conversation. Richard even drove us back to our hotel when the taxi service wouldn't answer their phone....how's that for personal service!!! We ate roasted chicken and corned beef for lunch. The corned beef was so tender you didn't need a knife. The chicken was in an amazing brown gravy I could have drank straight from a cup it was so good. For dinner I had the cajun spiced salmon. The spice was perfectly applied...not too hot to over power the fish...the right amount of zing to truly enjoy the dish. I can't recommend this restautant enough...we'll certainly be back the next time we're touring Ireland...thanks for the amazing dining experience!

Blair's inn was a surprise. The unassuming little pub and restaurant is a little out of the way, and off the trodden path, but well worth a detour if you are in Blarney. The cabbage and corned beef cake , served like "boxty" with just the right amount of tangy red sauer cabbage was a great starter. The roast chicken was cooked perfectly spiced and glistening. Desert was an apple and pear cobbler, served hot with vanilla ice cream. Monday night is trad night, and the musicians are first rate as well.

So this was our first Pub experience in Ireland and it was fantastic. The rhubarb tart for desert brought back lots of memories from my childhood and made the meal extra special.

This place is considered best Irish food in vicinity of Blarney and it was excellent. Had Bangers and Mash and corned beef with cabbage smash. Good service and nice traditional Irish pub.

Really great ! We got warm and cozy as we sat close to the fire. I got the Stuffed Chicken which was great and the others got the Cottage Pie. The chicken had a super tasty soft but perfectly crispy skin with amazingly seasoned stuffing with a plate of potatoes, broccoli and carrots. And the few bites of the cottage pie I had were quiet grand.

Mom asked to get a pic with the barmaid Kirsten and she told her to come back behind the bar and the owner Richard jumped in too!
