So we called on the 1st of February 2026 and they said no that it's a Kay's signature cross so you won't get the sale price. The MANAGER Sheri Ayres and her male young coworker both were there both times and both said she would get the sale price. They will do anything to get you to purchase something. At other bigger stores, they will just have a station set up to do it yourself. I've never had to wait for the gift wrapping like another reviewer mentioned. The staff is usually very helpful when I am looking for a specific item. The only disappointment was when my fiance and I visited on a Saturday hoping to start our registry. They have a very poor internet connection there so the wedding consultant couldn't set up our registry online. He still gave us the goody-bag so we could look through some of the catalog things and get an idea of what we wanted. We ended up doing our registry at a different store.
