They did a hack job - had to put me under twice because a root broke off in my sinus. I didn't discover until days later and I could pry my lips open that I had stitches all along the top left side of my teeth. They had sliced from front to back above my teeth, causing permanent nerve damage that bothers me now 13 years later, and I'm sure will bother me until I die. Who knows the long term impact on my teeth as a result. I went to work 9 days later and my face was still yellow from the bruising. Avoid this office at all costs.

They ended up sending a bill for $30 bucks because they said our insurance only pays for anesthesia up to X$ Most places write off any "excess" charges that they try to get but not these guys. They are crooks. Not that 30 bucks is alot but it is the principal of the issue. Get it in writing if you choose to use them.

He's reasonably priced, quick, and unlike other oral surgeons in the area he doesn't give you a long list of stupid stuff to do after the procedure. The office staff is hit or miss and can be condescending, even rude and disrespectful. I did say to the woman she was not very pleasant and it was upsetting to which she snapped back with another rude remark. My new dentist, Dr. Toledo was absolutely wonderful as had been by previous dentist Dr. Skylar at this office. Dr. Toledo said it was finally time to replace my crown. It had been over 35 years. So it was time to do it. Quoted me a price of $356. Had it underway with the impression of the tooth. Then I get a call from Krystle the fine woman up front asking if I could wait a week due to insurance issues. They're in charge. I waited. Got the new crown two days ago. Yeah! Better news? I had a filling to fall out so I make an appointment to have my tooth pulled. I get there to get my…read moretooth pulled but instead of them pulling my tooth they want to schedule a deep cleaning for the left side of my mouth and then come back and do the right side of my mouth ! I thought this was normal! I made the appointment to clean the left side. After that cleaning I went home and called my insurance company and they said they didn't have to do any cleaning!! That's just more money for them! This is a stall tactic to get money' so I never scheduled the second cleaning and never got what I went there for. As of today I never got it pulled I don't trust nobody in the medical field!!
