I had severe radiation burns on my face, neck, and chest. Dr. Geller took one look at me, and prescribed medication that immediately healed and cleared up my skin. None of the doctors or nurse practitioners at the cancer center had ever heard of the medication, but you can bet they were taking notes so that they can prescribe it for their patients suffering from the same horrible side effects. Thanks to Dr. Geller I have seen a remarkable recovery. This was on my face after all. Dr. Geller's office is clean, bright, and cheerful. There is minimal waiting time to be seen, despite the fact that he has a very busy practice. His staff are warm and welcoming, and you feel relaxed as soon as the staff prepares your intake, and you are promptly seen by the doctor. They have a second location in Chester, if that is closer for you. There are female practitioners here as well, if that is your preference. The practice also sells med spa products and performs treatments for virtually every type of skin disorder. Dr. Geller looks like he was sent from Hollywood Central Casting. In other words he looks exactly as a doctor should. Tall with an almost regal bearing, he inspires confidence and exudes competence in his white lab coat!

They had no explanation as to how that could have happened and indicated that the vial/container arrived at the lab empty. The negligence that had to occur for this to happen is insurmountable. As a cancer patient in the throws of treatment for another type of cancer, a lost lesion sample is not only reckless and unforgiveable, but dangerous to a patients overall health. Because the entire growth was removed, there is no way to take another sample. Their solution was to offer me some antibiotic ointment for the area. If you value your life, stay as far away from this place as you can. Both my oncologist and the insurance company have been notified.

His son (who took over the practice) and the reason why they begged all their patients to stay went on a 2 month vacation from end of November until end of January ) AND did not staff the practice with any additional help. They literally have 1 doctor who is incredibly sketchy at best 3. They make appointments and keep you waiting for 2 hours past the appointment time and show no remorse stating that they only have 1 doctor 4. They are rude, disrespectful and do NOT care about you as a patient. 5. The office is filthy and dated I truly feel bad for the nurses in the office because they are stuck in an impossible situation with terrible employers !

I've only seen Dr. Merkle himself a few times during visits, as I usually see his Physician's Assistants or Nurse Practitioners (either Donna or Beth), but they are always on point and extremely helpful. I never have an issue getting an appointment (even same day!), and the whole office and staff are just wonderful. I would definitely recommend Dr. Merkle and his team if you are in the market for a primary care physician.

Absolutely disgusted with how I was talked to and treated by Dr Kanumury. I've had bloodwork and allergy tests done and none of it showed that I am allergic to animals yet she has told me that I am, specifically my cats. Then today she said it again and told me that even though the tests were negative I am still allergic and to stay away from the cats since I refuse to get rid of them. Then she wanted to give me more meds but told me that my insurance won't cover it and it's expensIve and that I might not be able to afford it. When I asked what "expensive" meant she said $30-40. And I said can't do that and she rolled her eyes at me and asked why not. That's where I was done and walked out of her office. Just down right rude and disrespectful to speak to someone that way.
