I ordered two pizzas online. One of the pizzas was not even close to what I ordered. I ordered a hand tossed pizza with ranch dressing, chicken, mushrooms and sausage. They gave me a hand tossed pizza with pepperoni, tomato sauce, sausage and mushrooms. I called and told them the issue. They immediately blamed it on me for not ordering correctly. I took the pizza to them to see, they refused to remake the pizza or refund my money. If i could have i would have give them negative stars. The crust was raw on the calzone. We had extra ingredients that were not on the order. One calzone had onions and plenty of them, but it wasn't on the order. It was missing ingredients. Wings were raw and couldn't eat them. I will not order from this place again. If I could give a zero I would. Not only is it horrible service the staff are not properly trained in costumer service the food is always burnt or not cooked. The last couple of times I have ordered one pizza was completely burnt and the other one was not fully cooked. When speaking to the manager/owner you could tell it did not matter to her. While I was in the drive thru picking up my food you can hear someone in the background belittling the employees. This is definitely not a place I will continue to do business with. Each time I do it says 20 minutes but it is never ready then. Just double whatever time the website says and your order *might* be done by then. I have ordered delivery a few times and they seem to almost always forget the drink. Not so happy about their customer service especially because the pizza and drinks are not cheap, I paid for the drink the best they can do is credit that back to me but that's not even an option because they say they will, and it never gets done. I walked In at 11:00am today to order food for lunch. I was the only customer in the store. Before even walking inside it looks like it was a closed establishment, like the black jack restaurant is ready to pack up and move. Immediately walking in this restaurant establishment it is the dirtiest place I have ever been to. The store needs to be dusted and sanitized severely. There are boxes for the pizza and other items on the ground extremely unsanitary and a health code violation. There are random supplies laying around in the store which was dissatisfying to look at. Only for my husband to have to wait another 25 minutes for them to make one of the two pizzas we ordered because it had been mixed up, and when the pizzas arrived only one half of one was sliced? Like an actual half was whole how do you forget to slice a pizza all the way.. either that or it was done on purpose. If you like more bread than cheese in your pizza this is the place to go, lack of customer service don't bother eating there. There is a young woman employee but I don't know her name, however she was working Saturday prior to closing. This young woman is super friendly and very pleasant and very nice. Decided to try Blackjack after a 30 year boycott. And then I remember why I don't like blackjack. We walked in to get 2 large pizzas. After 45 minutes of sitting in their frigid lobby, I asked my husband what was taking so long for 2 pizzas. Apparently our pizzas had been ready for a while and were sitting there under a heat lamp for at least 20 minutes. Then on topof that, they got our order wrong. Have made large orders from this place several times in the past year. Every time they deliver on-time with hot, fresh, tasty pizza. Average order is over a hundred dollars and includes 6-10 pizzas. They're always within 90 minute or less, even during busy times. They've bailed me out when other caterers have failed on multiple occasions and are now my "go-to" lunch supplier for meetings. read more

This location does not care about the health of the customers. Went inside to pay and pick up my Pizza. Most of the employees were not wearing masks including the one helping me. He said they were not having customers sign due to safety reasons. I commented that he and several of the employees were not even wearing masks but they care about people not signing for credit cards...? I understand there are several young people working there but other businesses have young adults working and wear masks. There are many people who don't have jobs who would be happy to work here and would wear masks. We order from this location a LOT at work and it is consistently the best pizza place in town. The pies are not only tasty but always beautiful and the delivery drivers are friendly and always get our orders right. The salads are fresh and crispy. The only bad thing I have to say is that we are super bummed the Popper Topper pizza is no longer available...we would literally gobble that pie in complete silence and then smile at each other with that knowing satisfied look.
