I forgot to check in yesterday, since it was such a busy day for me bustling to get stuff done for my family Christmas. I need to give a huge shout out to this Pizza Hut when needed. Yes, the food may be a chain and okay, but when you see an owner of a franchise trying it's best to succeed because it's his/her job to provide for its family, must give praise when a good experience happens. My sister and I put in a large order to have for our Christmas gathering. The place was closing at 4 pm on Christmas Eve and I had promised that I would be there by 3:45 pm to pick up my orders. We got there about 3:30ish and the place was hopping crazily. It looked like just 2 people busting butt to get all the orders done so they can close, go home, be human, and have Christmas with their families too. The young man greeted us and ask if he can help us with anything. We told him that we're here for our carry out order under my name. He apologized and said that he is doing his best to try and get my order ready and had accidentally messed up on a pizza. I told him to not worry and that we can wait and understand that they are running chaotically trying to meet all the orders. We gave him and his limited staff grace and patience not to make it anymore hectic. We finally got our huge order of pizza and wings and the order was perfect and exactly to what we ordered. I just wanted to give you a shout for handling your job professionally with calmness. I hope that all of you that were working that day be blessed plentiful more and abundantly. Well. Just like everyone else on here, I had a terrible experience with this garbage place. Their pizza always sucks, it's either too salty or not cooked through all the way. I ordered a medium meat lovers pizza tonight,and 8 boneless wing medium hot. Well the pizza had very little sauce and didn't even go the the edge. The edge was about 1 1/2 inches wide. You know it's terrible when you have to write another bad review. I don't know why I even bothered to order from this place again. I recently ordered a simple cheese pizza and specifically asked to go EASY on the marinara sauce. Guess what they did? The exact opposite. My pizza was sopping wet with TOO MUCH SAUCE! I paid and was told it would be a minute cuz they were working on my wings. 5:35 rolls around and every person before me was leaving with their pizza and I'm sitting there wondering if the high winds took the chicken for a tornado ride out back or if they were back there deciding if the chicken or the egg came first. But as we began eating the chicken wings, they were bloody and raw. Well I decided to give it I shot despite all the bad reviews because I love wings. And I had a pleasant experience. The food was delicious. It's a little busy so I can understand that it takes longer but it least, you know that at least they're cooking the food. And I don't mind waiting as long as it's good. If I could give this loacation zero stars, I would. They got our order wrong and when we called them all they could say was they would give us a $5 credit for next time.
