We could not eat them, what a waste of food and our money! I called 3 times. If you have these coupons don't even try to use them. The owner was extremely hostile and told me the coupons basically didn't exist when I presented them to him. He then proceeded to burst through the counter and charge my boyfriend and try to attack him for calling him "bro." Ended up having to call the police and they made him honor the coupon and sent me on my way with my pizza... extremely unhinged owner who has no emotional regulation skills. WOW I have been a loyal customer here for three years; since I moved to the area. In the last month several errors have been made with my orders. The most recent... we placed the order and then at the appointed time went to pick it up. When my wife arrived they could not find any order under my name. She returned home empty handed. I called and they said they needed a manager to look into it. The manager responded like a deer in the head lights. I explained this is becoming a constant problem at the 120th/Main store. He discounted my concerns and shifted the blame on me, the customer. Talk about heated... I had to explain to him what customer service looked like, how to treat concerns and problems. I gave him options and suggestions about how to rectify the problem, all to no avail. INCOMPETENT...is the best way to sum it up. I also had a run in with the owner over another issue a few weeks prior, I suggested he discount or comp the item for the trouble the store caused. He looked and me and said NO WAY!!! Usually when a company wants to promote the opening of a new store they will send out coupons to give the general public in that area a taste of their new location. I usually will take them up on their offer and try them out. But this offer left a bad taste in my mouth. It was around lunch time when many other places are packed full, so I went here with coupon in hand. First of all, from the outside, this place does not look inviting. It has dark tinted windows and no indication of if it was even open, so I enter and stand there inside for a few minutes before I was even greeted. Then a older, heavy set, brutish, tattoo covered woman walks up to the counter and greets me with not a customary hello or hi but grunts out a "did you call in an order?" taken aback I say no and she then sighs and proceeds to take my order. I am not kidding: This blackjack pizza has not only been great for their brand, but has consistently been the best in service from ANY eatery in our area that delivers. I don't know what it is, but it seems like most of the restaurants and fast food in our neighborhood are a collection of the worst places ever, in terms of customer service and food quality. We have a Taco Bell near us that literally didn't have a store manager for like 5 years. I know because the manager at another Taco Bell told me. When I say "another Taco Bell", I'm speaking of course about the one that I will drive 5 miles out of the way to go to, even though the first one is right down the street. It's that bad. Food is disgusting, and they run out of every ingredient Taco Bell offers. I'm waiting for the day that I roll up and they tell me that they are out of tacos. Go across the street, and we have a Wendy's that consistently serves hard cold food since we moved here 10 years ago. Once, I parked and went inside to yell at a kid who literally through my bag of food at me and yelled "have a nice day" in the drive through for no reason? Maybe it was a dare made by a coworker? In the same parking lot, there's an Einstein's bagels (that I have reviewed). They run out of the most popular bagels before 10 o'clock in the morning every single week.... And it's been that way FOR YEARS! I could go on and on and on! Sorry about that, but the point is that just getting what I paid for is impressive in this area. ANYWAY, every single time I have ordered a pizza from this place (weather it be over the phone or on their website): I am given a time frame that is ALWAYS shattered by the drivers who arrive early. Absolutely not a requirement, it's just impressive and is worth mentioning. My food is ALWAYS piping hot, and delicious! They never forget to include anything I order, and they have always been nice and friendly to say the least. The reason I'm writing this review: The last time I made an order they did something I couldn't believe! Because we always order more-or-less the same thing, and I marked something different while ordering on the website; One of the employees called me after the order had been finalized to double check that I indeed had ordered something different this time. He noted that the order was almost exactly the same as usual except for one minor difference, and wanted to make sure that I meant for it to be that way?!?!? I was so impressed! I understand that it may have been a busy delivery day so I didn't say anything but after I paid the driver and opened the box the pizza looked awful! It was at room temp- at best, it looked like it sat out on the counter all day and tasted like day old pizza. The crust was HARD and tasted stale. The toppings were cold and the hamburger was hard as a rock. If your thinking about ordering from here save your $$, your better off ordering from any pizza chain like papa johns, Pizza Hut or dominos then you are from Black Jack. A couple of weeks ago I ordered a pizza for delivery (3/22/23 7:05 pm). I called in my order and gave my credit card. The guy seemed new because he ask for my card number twice. I thought this was strange. Two days later, my credit card was charged twice. This pizza cost me $100. I called the restaurant to talk to a manager (3/24/2023 10:01 am). I told the manager my situation and he didn't believe me. He said that I haven't order since November. I guess he was going off my phone number or something. I told him I was charged twice and he said our system doesn't allow it. He was very rude. Basically calling me a liar (he could have looked at the receipts but he called me a liar). He said he would talk to his night manager. He never called me back. I called again (3/25/23 10:59 am) and talked to a manager named Savanah. I told her the situation and she quickly put me on hold and went and checked the receipts. She ended up finding a duplicate charge to my credit card. Savannah was able to refund my charges (5 days later). Savannah was very nice and easy to deal with. The other manager is the reason why I will never order from them again. Not only did they charge me twice but they call me a liar when they could easily verify with the receipts. I have a feeling that this manager is doing this to other people and over charging people to pocket the money. I will never fill comfortable giving out my credit card to blackjack pizza again. read more

Have never had a bad pizza at Black Jack Pizza. When I worked for Twin City Security I was a rover and I had permission from my wife to get a Black Jack Pizza when ever I worked overtime. Anyway back to pizza. I like to try different pizza places and it is rare to have a pizza better then Black Jacks. Howie's with their flavored crust may be a tad better. And there was another pizza joint that may have been a tad better but it was twice the price. Actually glad that Little Caesars has finally raised their prices cuz now the wife may let me have Blackjack more. And it is rare that Little Caesars messes up a pizza and they will re do it on those occasions is my experience. Have only had one pizza at Howies. And have never had a bad pizza from them either. But with Black Jack never having a bad pizza is actually saying something because I have been eating their pizza since the 80s in at least many cities including but not limited to Fort Collins, Greeley, Broomfield, Westminster, Denver and Aurora. There is also a pizza place in Gunnison that may be a tad better but have only been there twice. read more

Awesome price on the gluten free pizza (one size only), and it's pretty tasty, too, which is always a nice surprise (most places do a terrible gluten free crust, in my experience.) Hubs loves blackjack because they actually have banana peppers - so plus one on that! Overall, we like blackjack. The people are always friendly and the service is efficient. We mostly order pick-up, so I can't really comment on their delivery service, but judging by the number of delivery guys I see on the road at all times of day, I'm willing to bet they're pretty fast. read more

The pizza here is good my family actually buys from this place a lot, and are always content with the service same with their salads. But we always order on off days or days where time isn't a issue for waiting. Yet me and my friends went to get a pizza for lunch and we made sure to order ahead of time to be ready, so we could enjoy our lunch. The guy said it would be 15 minuets and we were quite happy with that time zone since it would give us plenty of time to eat it when we would get back. Yet when we arrived on time that's when they decided begin to make the pizza. We sat there for 25 minuets before they finally finished making it and barely made it back in time to even get a slice before we had to get back to work. The pizza was good don't get me wrong, but I won't be going back to get one when I'm on a time zone since their time was inaccurate and didn't even begin until we got there to pick it up. I would understand if they said they were busy or actually stated it would take longer but in all honesty there didn't seem to be any other people ordering but us since we sat inside waiting for our pizza, And the fact that it took around 40 minuets total (adding the time he said and how long we waited after the 15) not 15. Since when is it ok to work with food and not wash your hands or wear gloves?! Eewww! I walked in and the guy making the pizzas stops to help me. I see that he has pizza dough on his hands so I know immediately that they don't have a glove wearing policy. He takes my order and payment and then just returns to making pizzas without washing his hands! OMG! Do you know how many people have touched the credit cards we have or the computer keyboard you just touched?! Money, credit cards and keyboards are germ central! I hope to God that the germs were baked off in the oven. When I see stuff like this I immediately question how many times these guys have washed their hands throughout the day. Probably the last time I will go to this location. Food was not the issue though. I ended up doing pickup since the app couldn't locate my house for some reason. No big deal it's only ten minutes away. I get my order and sign for it. Didn't think to leave a tip since I had to do pickup. I'm guessing the cashier didn't seem to agree with this since I heard "fuck you" as I exited. I get that she expected a tip but I don't see why that's necessary when I am going to pickup in leu of delivery. I work in retail and always tip when deserved. But to just simply turn around and grab an order is no reason to expect a tip. If there was an issue with the order and she fixed it, or even if they were busy and she was in the weeds... Last couple times I have been here they have given me the regular cheesy bread not the deep dish. They also changed their boneless wings. Instead of the sauce being in the breeding and then cooked to a crisp they are now tossed in sauce. This is great for the test kitchens but in practice makes it soggy and gross once you get it home to eat.
