It took 4 hours with previous movers. These guys took 6 hours to move and then charged me travel time to get to the job at 1.5 hours; so 7.5 total hours charged. Previous movers did not charge me to travel to the job. And, I didn't learn that I was paying for travel until the end of the move. Their hourly rate is $160 hour. Buyer be aware. PS- they also charge a 4% fee for using a credit card to pay. Again, wasn't aware of that until it was time to pay.

Check in was a breeze, and they even offered to stay open an hour later should I need a little extra time to get everything in. In terms of the facility, it was incredibly clean and had plenty of large rolling carts and a big garage door that made moving incredibly quick. For the two months I had my things there, they were safely in the climate controlled unit and looked just like the day I put them there when I saw them again. Check out was just as easy, and again the staff was incredibly accommodating in making sure that I had the best experience possible. Bottom line, the care and attention from the staff combined with the high quality of the facilities makes All Climate an easy number one choice - and I say that confidently even knowing I haven't seen another storage facility!

We weren't there to oversee the packing and weren't totally sure what to expect. The crew finished packing up the PODS more thank two hours sooner than we anticipated (literally saving us hundreds of dollars). Our things were in storage for over a month and the PODS were just delivered and unloaded. I need to give credit where it's due. The PODS were packed SO well! Everything was wrapped and padded perfectly and nothing broke (even the fragile things that were barely unbroken when they were loaded). I am honestly so impressed.
