In terms of the facility, it was incredibly clean and had plenty of large rolling carts and a big garage door that made moving incredibly quick. For the two months I had my things there, they were safely in the climate controlled unit and looked just like the day I put them there when I saw them again. Check out was just as easy, and again the staff was incredibly accommodating in making sure that I had the best experience possible. Bottom line, the care and attention from the staff combined with the high quality of the facilities makes All Climate an easy number one choice - and I say that confidently even knowing I haven't seen another storage facility!

WORST STORAGE FACILITY!!! We will ABSOLUTELY NEVER EVER EVER…read moreuse this place nor will we ever tell any else to use them. In fact, we are telling everyone to STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP. Might as well just throw all of your items in the trash and not waste money on getting them ruined. We rented 1 10x20 and 1 10x10 unit for OVER a year. In order to keep our items in good condition, we paid a premium price ( Over $400 a month and $5,500 for the year) for both of these units to be in a CLIMATE CONTROLLED BUILDING. This was HARDLY THE CASE, we complained numerous times about the extreme heat in one unit that ruined nearly 8k worth of furniture. The solution offered was , " Move your stuff to a different unit". Never were we offered any help in getting that done, no reduction in monthly rate, no rebate at all... NOTHING. Basically...stay where u are because we can't do anything about it or move to another unit about a block away. The other unit we were renting was full of MICE!!! The resolution was to put 1 mouse trap in the unit...... it was never changed , checked , followed up on, again NOTHING!!!! Opening those boxes was absolutely disgusting. Over 25 boxes covered in mouse piss and poop. Items in boxes shredded and covered in piss and poop, pictures ruined, furniture moldy., DEAD MICE IN THE BOXES.... ...another 7k , at least, lost in that unit. Needless to say, we are FURIOUS with this facility. We tried to reach out to the management of the facility over 10 times, but, NOT ONCE were our concerns ever responded to nor did they even bother to acknowledge our concerns. When we noticed the issues with the units we 1) Offered to be at the facility, at the time and date, of their choosing , 2) Offered to be there anytime to open the unit for them to inspect, and 3) even offered to leave a key with them.......yet every attempt we made to get this resolved was IGNORED!!!!! When we were finally able to get our items out of that DUMP OF A FACILITY, we never saw 1 person from the facility...however, the minute we pulled out of the facility, we received a call from someone at the facility saying " Oh we see that you have vacated the units, are you out now"? How was everything...... CLUELESS STAFF!!!! This facility is a complete disaster!! As i said from the start......DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS DUMP OF A SO CALLED STORAGE FACILITY!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!!! For reference, this is the third time in my life I've needed off-site storage, and it has been the best arrangement so far. About 14 years ago I used a DC local storage place, which was fine, except they assigned you a gate code, which I accepted. Then my wife and I needed a place near our home to store some furnishings for about a year, and chose U-haul storage, which was, well, acceptable, but not great. OC Mini Storage: We are renting climate-controlled storage, so I'll address that. It is Very clean, well-lit, and easy to access. Unlike U-haul, you don't have to buy or supply a particular type of lock; Lee, the owner/manager, lets you use whatever type of lock you want, and is happy to make suggestions if you're not sure. He also doesn't try to "up-sell" you a more expensive lock than what you need. Making the arrangements/paperwork went easily, and Lee set my gate entry code to suit me so that I would easily remember the number, vs. assigning me an arbitrary code, a nice touch. The one time I called and got voicemail, Lee returned my call promptly. Very happy with Ocean City Mini-storage.

This place is terrible when it comes to dealing with your money and I'm not talking about the two…read moregirls and the guy that work in the office right there on 24 it's not them they all work with me tried to help me out of a predicament that I got myself into before the new management company took over they are a joke I paid my bill which is outrageous anyway since they took over and every time I pay the bill within two or three days I'm getting phone calls texts and emails telling me that my bill was late and so when I go into the office because calling them it's nothing accomplished so I go in there and it's always one more thing that's been added to the bill but they want me to pay from shit from before they even owned it but we got straightened out back in the beginning of January when I caught all of my bill up I was only a month behind but I made sure I paid everything up everything should have been well taken care of but every month since then I've had nothing but problems now I got to go up there and deal with them again because I've been getting phone calls for the last 2 weeks again really I'm sorry really about it so my phone is for management company can't do their job right but they want to charge you these outrageous prices for shit that they never did anyway they did it with mine charge me $100 to $50 installments for our papers and whatever else they decide it was a part of that 15 hours each and they never even did anything they never put the paperwork through or anything else even the manager lady that I talk to that day is the one who found it and took care of it for me or thought she took care of it for me so they're charging you for things that they've never done and you're supposed to just agree with it or lose your stuff . And now that they've Jack the bill up so high in order for me to get out of there and I will as soon as I can but fighting disability for 20 years and not getting that good is a whole another ball game it's just starting what they can get away with and the federal government it's ridiculous anyway sorry got a little bit of track but yeah if you're not already here don't come they're terrible anyway make it sound good but it's not them girls and the one gentleman that I dealt with we're very decent people they helped me as much as they possibly could it's not them it's the company that they work for the management company as soon as I can find that name I want to go and give them the worst review I've ever given they're terrible and the people I talk to that rent there have said they have had similar problems and others I just don't understand the disrespect and the ignorance that a company can put out there knowing they have your stuff and can do whatever they want to pretty much unless enough of us get together and deal with it I'm game if anybody's got an idea that's legal and will help affect some change I'm open to just about anything like I said as long as it's legal .
