Every…read morestep of the process was top notch, and I felt incredibly valued as their customer through and through. Check in was a breeze, and they even offered to stay open an hour later should I need a little extra time to get everything in. In terms of the facility, it was incredibly clean and had plenty of large rolling carts and a big garage door that made moving incredibly quick. For the two months I had my things there, they were safely in the climate controlled unit and looked just like the day I put them there when I saw them again. Check out was just as easy, and again the staff was incredibly accommodating in making sure that I had the best experience possible. Bottom line, the care and attention from the staff combined with the high quality of the facilities makes All Climate an easy number one choice - and I say that confidently even knowing I haven't seen another storage facility!

I recommended your service to my sister, who moved yesterday on Monday, and she had two rooms of furniture, which was a bedroom with a bed and two dressers and a nightstand and her desk. In the living room, she had a loveseat, a chair, two televisions, and a plant stand. The men were not very professional. Their pants kept falling down, and they didn't know how to pick up and move some of the furniture. I was overcharged, and I'm very disappointed in your company.

We removed all the items, had to pay for each mattress to be hauled and disposed. Requested this second container to be removed and my money to be refunded, I did not want to do business with PODS anymore. Not only was I charged for the cost of the entire quoted amount but they charged me even more! These mattresses cost thousands to replace. I paid $300 for destroyed mattresses to be hauled away. They gave a partial refund but I am still due $229 for the over charges. Hours on the phone. Told twice that 'cases' we opened with # given and no follow up.
