This place is great!!!! When I first reserve an unit with them Elizabeth (the worker) called me in 10 mins to confirm everything and let me know what items I would need to finalize the rental. Elizabeth showed me different units because I was a little unsure on what size I would need. I explained my situation of moving to Delaware from Philadelphia and needing to put all my stuff in storage until I found a permanent place to say. Elizabeth was not pushy when she showed me all the different sizes, she even let me know if I needed to upgrade to a bigger size that it was possible. She made the whole process easy and went through everything well (lease agreement, accessing gate, etc). Every time I went to pay everyone was pleasant! Sadly I had to end my lease with them because I no longer needed it but I am definitely recommending this place to everyone I know. I am truly thankful to have found this place. I highly recommend this location!!! I have been here for almost 4 years, happy and problem free. I have had multiple units during my stay here and the Customer Service provided by Mark Z is impeccable. I was able to set up my second unit over the phone with no issues. This location is very clean and they have a pest control company contract that keeps it that way. They offer both Climate Controlled and Standard units. The property is Secured 24/7 with access Seven days a week from 7am to 8pm. You need to be off the property before 8pm, so plan accordingly, I have never had a problem or been locked in. They provide Hand Trucks and Carts for on-site use...this was a life saver!! They also have a great selection of supplies on site for sale as well to protect your property. I had the option to have Auto Pay for your monthly fees...SET IT UP! It is hassle free and I receive an email receipt every month for my records. read more

We recently rented two units (an indoor and outdoor) at DE Storage Milford and are pleased with the experience thus far. Elisabeth and the other office staff are terrific and make things easy and straightforward for the customer--an important factor for us since we were moving items from out of state. Additionally, the main office is fully equipped with packing supplies, complimentary hot and cold beverages, and a clean bathroom to aid in the moving process. The facility is very well kept, up-to-date, and secure. Plus the units, which are priced reasonably, were clean upon moving in. Would definitely recommend to others! read more

I needed a place close to where my house was going to be built so my things could be near by. The people of DE storage in milford are really nice, thorough and trust worthy. I had to call several places to find a storage unit I felt comfortable enough to leave important items and it wasn't until I spoke with the employees of DE Storage when I felt I found a good spot. Everyone I spoke to made me feel at ease, there is no rush to opening an account I could come when ever and they would set me up then and they did. Excellent customer service. This is a shout out for DEStorage.com - Rehoboth. I rent one of their units off Hwy 1 in Rehoboth Beach, and live several states away, so I can't just drop by. Manager Jane Booth was very pleasant and business-like over the phone. She was willing to explain everything I asked, even though I had not responded in a timely way to previous communications indicating what I needed to do. There are no many storage places in Milford. I have had this storage going on 2 years. I have worked with Mark since the Covid 19. He has worked with me with my payments. I do not have any unemployment benefits and now the Covid 19 lockdown. I have to find money to pay storage. I have a huge storage in Elkton, MD who have cancelled all auctions due to the Covid 19 lockdown. They have not bugged me about any payments, I send what I can. This company does not take this in consideration about this virus out break. read more

This storage complex is wonderful! I currently have a 10x15 climate controlled shed that Elizabeth was able to set up for me. You can go to their website to see which sheds they currently have available and you can even reserve online. The biggest thing I don't like about this place is that there doesn't seem to have a lot of bigger climate controlled sheds. With that being said, it's one of 2 places in all of central Delaware that I've been able to find that has a climate controlled shed in general. read more

This was our first experience with DE Storage. It was recommended by our realtor. We were not disappointed. The sales rep. greeted us promptly and gladly gave us a tour of the facility.
