I would say they are not honest and it's funny when I went recently to see about trading in for a bigger size, it was just another rip off. Stay away. I wish I'd have known this place existed before buying some of my gear elsewhere. They have an ample supply of stuff to choose from and even sew on patches (of which they have a ton). I had originally only gone in to pick up a handbook for an upcoming rider safety course (not even conducted by RC) and felt compelled to at least purchase a couple of tee-shirts (including one of with their name on it) simply to support these folks - seriously, they were that down-to-earth and accommodating Again - if you haven't at least swung by this place and looked around: you're doing yourself and disservice.

He was super friendly and helpful when answering my questions and explaining differences between the helmets I was checking out vs some higher end brands, all without pressuring me with heavy handed upselling. After I decided on a helmet he patiently walked me through the Bluetooth headsets, the pros and cons of each model...again without pushing the most expensive unit on me after I told him what I was looking for.
