I too have used Absolute Graphics for many years, almost 8 as my own business owner, another 6 as…read morean employee and manager, and the business I bought eight years ago has used them for many years previous to that. We have had hats, shirts, hoodies, and even underwear printed and embroidered by Eric, Dave and the guys over the years. We typically use their suggestions on clothing, or ones we have always used, and Tory is excellent at making suggestions and telling you why he prefers those (cost, quality, and so forth), though I have brought them clothing of my own when the right style wasn't available and they have happily printed on those as well. They are willing to work with our designs, and are patient as we get them just right, and have always been excellent about making things right if anything didn't turn out just as I expected. Eric and his team will go above and beyond to make sure that you get what you want, and has done so over and over again for me. I haven't compared costs directly, but in the few things that I have seen comparisons on with other companies (mostly middle school sports clothing as mentioned in the next paragraph), their pricing is fair and reasonable. And with all of that you get a personal touch and are able to support a local business. I am writing this review today, after years of working with them and never thinking of it, because they did a seriously awesome job of putting together the design and printing the final results for the middle school cross country team I also coach. They took the ideas of the kids that I scribbled out and turned them into a really exciting design that so far everyone has raved about. Thanks again guys, for doing a wonderful job at making people happy! (I'll post a picture if I can figure out how to do it.)

I don't usually leave 5-star reviews, especially for places that haven't claimed their businesses,…read morebut I had to write this one. Yesterday, I broke a strip of wood that I had previously purchased from Colorado Heirloom (it was solid maple, and in hindsight probably not the right wood to use - I did reuse the pieces for another project, so no huge loss). I called Colorado Heirloom at about 3:45 in the afternoon to order similarly stained birch plywood (for greater strength and flexibility), and asked if I could have it today. They took my information and called me back 10 minutes later saying they could do it and I could pick it up after noon today. This morning, before I got in to the office (admittedly I got in rather late, so after 9:00), they left a message saying it was ready if I wanted to pick it up early (I got the message pretty close to noon, but extra points to them for being so quick). When I arrived around 12:30pm, they quickly wrapped up my three stained and finished strips of plywood and sent me on my way, charging my card on file. I have to say that they really went out of their way to save my bacon so I could finish the project on time to ship this evening! Grade A customer service and I highly recommend the quality of their products. I did manage to re-cut the project and the new wood behaved beautifully.
