We have had hats, shirts, hoodies, and even underwear printed and embroidered by Eric, Dave and the guys over the years. We typically use their suggestions on clothing, or ones we have always used, and Tory is excellent at making suggestions and telling you why he prefers those (cost, quality, and so forth), though I have brought them clothing of my own when the right style wasn't available and they have happily printed on those as well. They are willing to work with our designs, and are patient as we get them just right, and have always been excellent about making things right if anything didn't turn out just as I expected. Eric and his team will go above and beyond to make sure that you get what you want, and has done so over and over again for me. I haven't compared costs directly, but in the few things that I have seen comparisons on with other companies (mostly middle school sports clothing as mentioned in the next paragraph), their pricing is fair and reasonable. And with all of that you get a personal touch and are able to support a local business. I am writing this review today, after years of working with them and never thinking of it, because they did a seriously awesome job of putting together the design and printing the final results for the middle school cross country team I also coach. They took the ideas of the kids that I scribbled out and turned them into a really exciting design that so far everyone has raved about. The owner, Dennis, loves what he does and it shows in the customer service, quality, and detail-oriented effort he and this wonderful local business puts forth. If you need a uniform (including backpacks, hats, etc) I recommend Chroma Apparel 11 out of 10!!! For the 5 years prior (during my tenure as head coach), I had been using another local vendor, which I also like and don't have any major gripes with. With that other vendor, we had to put in an order in late June or early July in order to get our gear by Mid-August. This year, with Covid we didn't even know if we would have a season until the last week of July. Therefore I didn't use the other vendor. An opposing coach in town told me about Chroma Apparel. Chroma not only got me all my gear within a week (correctly, without any errors) vs 45-70 days, but they also helped my players families save a considerable amount of money per item compared to our usual vendor. I'm a very loyal buyer, but this was a huge difference. I'm now loyal to Chroma Apparel for all my uniform needs. We received all of our gear by August 12, prior to our first match after placing the order on August 6. I noticed that many of our competitors were only receiving their gear at the end of regular season league tournament on September 9! What a difference!!! And there was no sacrifice in uniform quality to go with the cost savings. Thank you Dennis, Dan, and the whole Chroma team who worked so hard to please a new customer!!!
