I brought in six hats to have embroidered for gifts. They saw the hats and agreed to do the work. The design they showed me was good and I told them to proceed. The next communication from Absolute Graphics is a bill, which days they ripped a hat in the process. They did not charge me for the embroidery on the ripped hat but made no offer to compensate me for the torn hat. The test is at the front of the brim. Not much of a gift now. I would stay away unless you don't care about quality and customer service read more

Absolute Graphics did an amazing job with communication, timeliness, customer service, and graphic work. We put them on a very strict deadline of wanting our 400+ items done before the first of the year and we went into production 3 weeks before the first. We had all items in our hands on the 29th. We also wanted high quality graphic work; they took my ideas and put them into action looking better than I ever expected. Lastly, the communication line that was between Tory and myself was very transparent and never had a longer delay than 1 day for a response. The only reason they got a 4/5 is because we were missing a few items, I cannot place all blame on Absolute Graphics because their wholesaler could have been the one to do wrong. They don't communicate well at all! I ordered 3 kids shirts $35 a shirt with a picture on back no writing nothing special just a picture. So they said the order would be completed on Friday we needed them Saturday . Get a email Friday saying a shirt did not come in. So I took my own shirt in. He said I'd get a discount because I took my own shirt in. It wasn't much of a discount! Overpriced for sure! read more

We had a great experience with Absolute Graphics. We had to outfit our entire team of 60 with various different types of apparel and promo items (screenprinted and embroidered) for both casual and professional use. We leaned on the team at Absolute Graphics to help us choose items, colors, and embroidery options to ensure what we were providing to our staff was exactly what they would like and use. The team at Absolute Graphics were patient and helpful throughout a six-month process trial and elimination of a number of items before we finally placed our order. They provided excellent customer service, guiding us along the way, until we ended up with an order that included dress shirts, polo shirts, v-neck shirts, button up shirts, hats, beanies, t-shirts, usb drives, mugs, pens, zip-up portfolios, and duffel bags--all with specifications determined with their help. Our employees are very happy with the items we ordered. We will certainly continue working with Absolute Graphics as we need more apparel and promotional items. read more

I too have used Absolute Graphics for many years, almost 8 as my own business owner, another 6 as an employee and manager, and the business I bought eight years ago has used them for many years previous to that. We have had hats, shirts, hoodies, and even underwear printed and embroidered by Eric, Dave and the guys over the years. We typically use their suggestions on clothing, or ones we have always used, and Tory is excellent at making suggestions and telling you why he prefers those (cost, quality, and so forth), though I have brought them clothing of my own when the right style wasn't available and they have happily printed on those as well. They are willing to work with our designs, and are patient as we get them just right, and have always been excellent about making things right if anything didn't turn out just as I expected. Eric and his team will go above and beyond to make sure that you get what you want, and has done so over and over again for me. I haven't compared costs directly, but in the few things that I have seen comparisons on with other companies (mostly middle school sports clothing as mentioned in the next paragraph), their pricing is fair and reasonable. And with all of that you get a personal touch and are able to support a local business. I am writing this review today, after years of working with them and never thinking of it, because they did a seriously awesome job of putting together the design and printing the final results for the middle school cross country team I also coach. They took the ideas of the kids that I scribbled out and turned them into a really exciting design that so far everyone has raved about. My first Experience I ordered some shirts for my employees. It was a battle getting what I wanted imprinted but stuck with them against my own judgment. When the shirts were done there was one mistake but they did fix it. I've been trying to order jackets but nobody that answers the phone has any clue what is available. I went into the store and asked To look at some ideas for a jacket and told him I wanted to order them that day, He handed me some books and told me to go through them pick a jacket out and walked away. I try to support local businesses but with service like this I get better service through the Internet. read more

I have used Absolute Graphics for many years, ordering both silkscreening and embroidery on jackets, shirts and hats multiple times a year.
