In my honest opinion, for an $11.50 meal, you would have been better off grabbing a $3 bag of tostinos pizza rolls and coke from the dollar tree and being more filled and satisfied. If you value basic human courtesy and professionalism, avoid this place entirely. From the moment I walked in, I should have known better. I stood by the counter for a good minute, completely ignored by the single barista who was supposedly running the show. There was no greeting, no eye contact, not even a simple nod to acknowledge my presence. After a couple of minutes of studying the menu and deciding on my order, I politely tried to initiate the transaction. I looked at the barista--who was doing something behind the register--and asked, "Are you ready to take my order?" His actual, unfiltered response was, "I'm here, ain't I?" That was it. That was the entirety of my first and, I guarantee, last interaction with Vigo Coffee Shop. This shocking display of contempt and piss-poor customer service set the tone immediately. I was so taken aback by the sheer rudeness that I simply walked out. A coffee shop's product might be decent, but if the staff treats paying customers with such disdain, it doesn't matter how good the latte is. My first impression was one of absolute indifference and insolence, and it's enough to ensure I will never waste my time or money here again. Save yourself the trouble and the unnecessary frustration. Take your business elsewhere.
