Beyond Catering provided us with the breakfast at the workshop. There were many different breakfast options that included traditional hot breakfast foods like eggs, bacon and hash browns and some lighter options like fruit and yogurt. They also offered a selection of pastries such as blueberry, sour cream, and apple. The mix of both hot and cold foods gave everyone a chance to pick something they would enjoy to start their day off! For myself, my favorite items were the bacon and an apple pastry. The apple pastry was delicious! It was very similar to a pound cake and had a wonderful texture and a strong apple flavor, making it a perfect treat to begin the day! I had apple juice for my drink too! Apples are one of my favorite fruits! I thought the breakfast provided by Beyond Catering was fantastic! We had plenty of food for everyone, everything was freshly prepared for the catered order, and the variety of foods allowed everyone to create a filling breakfast before a long and busy day! I thought this was a quality catering service for a group event!

One particular issue that was discussed was trying to eliminate long lines to get through the food station. They found ways to make it quicker and the problem was solved. The staff jumped in to help us in other ways as well. Food was replenished quickly and efficiently . The staff was professional and cheerful. Feedback that I got from attendees was the food was delicious.The big hits were the roasted beet salad, the Mac and cheese and Buona Italian beef. Not the end of the world, we just didn't drink it. Also, the price was so reasonable! We had a glass of wine, mocktail, crab cakes, pasta, pizza, tiramisu and a cup of decaf for under $100.
