Tad responded via email and shared about his pending commitments and availability and then we set a timeline to touch base again closer to when we'd make concrete arrangements. When we did, he again he shared that he had a big commitment during the day but then as we talked through what I envisioned and needed, he committed to me that based on my order, he would be able to drop it off for my party, himself, if necessary. And truly, that's what he did. He dropped off the food, set it out, put out labels for all the food, etc. He was generous in every way imaginable. Oh, and the food! It was great. Everyone raved. The favorite by far was the spinach artichoke dip. Guests started looking up right away if that was something they could buy from Honest Foods directly. I also ordered smoked salmon, which was delish, and sandwiches, salads, an AMAZING fruit tray, and other dips. One person said that the ceaser dressing was the best she'd ever had and took home the leftovers. Highly recommend. Felt great to support a local business. Tad was responsive, professional, helpful, punctual and overall an amazing person to deal with.

Tad is very easy to work with in selecting the menu and making arrangements. The presentation was fabulous, particularly of the poached salmon, with thin cucumber "scales," and the Party Trays are generously filled. The Vegetarian Antipasti Platter was piled high with various peppers, olives, beans, cheeses and other goodies. We also ordered chicken salad sandwiches on mini brioche buns that were delicious. The fruit in the Fresh Fruit Salad was fresh and juicy. We also decided to hire a server to help during the party, and were very pleased with Natalie who helped us so that we could enjoy the party ourselves. All in all, a great experience!

There were many different breakfast options that included traditional hot breakfast foods like eggs, bacon and hash browns and some lighter options like fruit and yogurt. They also offered a selection of pastries such as blueberry, sour cream, and apple. The mix of both hot and cold foods gave everyone a chance to pick something they would enjoy to start their day off! For myself, my favorite items were the bacon and an apple pastry. The apple pastry was delicious! It was very similar to a pound cake and had a wonderful texture and a strong apple flavor, making it a perfect treat to begin the day! I had apple juice for my drink too! Apples are one of my favorite fruits! I thought the breakfast provided by Beyond Catering was fantastic! We had plenty of food for everyone, everything was freshly prepared for the catered order, and the variety of foods allowed everyone to create a filling breakfast before a long and busy day! Feedback that I got from attendees was the food was delicious.The big hits were the roasted beet salad, the Mac and cheese and Buona Italian beef.
