My husband was concerned about a drain pipe next to where the cement would be poured, and was worried about it being damaged during the dirt removal. After the dirt was removed, Alex ran water down the drain to show us that the pipe was undamaged. He listened to my husband and made sure to pour the cement a couple inches from the drain pipe, so there was no chance of any damage. Alex was also very flexible with scheduling. He was able to reschedule the cement pour day on short notice, so that my husband would be home on that day. Alex and his crew arrived on time, which I appreciate. I've had a lot of work done in the past, and it always upsets me when contractors are late. At the end of each workday, the crew cleaned meticulously to ensure the work area was clear of dirt and debris. Alex and his crew were always respectful of our property. The price was very reasonable, and I had received more than 8 bids. Alex is honest, a good communicator, and his crew are hardworking and punctual. I'd highly recommend giving Alex a call.

Look at before and after photo that I posted - they made such a difference to the aesthetic and I get happy and excited to pull up to my home. The front yard is much more functional - added turf which is looks luscious and great in person, added steps so my guests and delivery drivers don't trip over bushes, a concrete patio, and extended the driveway. Also replaced my immature baby tree with a palm *heart eyes*. Omar took my idea, suggested other great ideas and turned my vision into real life. The pricing was competitive, but very fair.
