Yesterday was approaching 3 weeks so I tried to call again. Phone line disconnected. I drove up to the shop and after standing at the counter for 10 minutes someone eventually came. They gave me back my equipment and my $40 and said they never even looked at them to diagnose the problem. They never apologized or gave explanation. 3 weeks later and I'm starting over again with nothing gained due to their absolute incompetence. This business is dishonest and extremely unprofessional. My expectations were a little low, as my only previous experience was picking up a bike my friend bought, many years ago at a different dealer (unnamed), which was less than pleasant. Wolverine is a different animal altogether. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. They made what can be a somewhat intimidating experience for a "newbie" into something that got me excited to participate more. They knew from the initial conversation that I had just bought a bike and was not in the market, just "kicking tires," but treated me as if I'd just bought the top of the line bike from them. The store was clean, well organized, and both gorgeous and cozy...kind of hard to explain, but it'll make sense if you're there, lol. Absolutely the best dealership experience I've had of any kind, including the service at a (again unnamed) luxury car dealership a month or so before for a new car I'd picked up.

You can tell that he knew what he was doing just by looking at his shop and all the scooters he was working on. He also gave great insight on some areas of my scooter that I hadn't really considered. Some really cool stuff that will enhance my ride and keep it running smooth. I've had many Harleys over the years and have always found it EXTREMELY difficult to find a Dealer or a Person that is as passionate as you are when it comes to your Ride. You can tell when you walk in A&J that they are committed to delivering you quality service and a great product. You can clearly see the pride he takes in the service he provides and delivers. What really stood out was how smoothly everything went despite challenges on their end. The dealership had lost internet service due to a windstorm--something that would disrupt most businesses--but they still managed to process all the paperwork without any issues. Pricing was fair and straightforward, with no surprises. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent, and the staff was professional, responsive, and genuinely courteous. Two days after I had the bike get looked at by a DIFFERNT tech and they had it running with only needing valve shims. In total I paid 700$ for the fix when macomb powersports wanted 8,600$. I suggest you look into more experienced technicians.
