It's twice the distance from my house compared to my old dealership, but I'd had enough with their BS. I couldn't be happier with both the service and the dealership itself! They did a great job on my bike, kept me informed every step of the way, and were extremely hospitable while I waited. They even found a "repair" that my old dealership had done wrong, filed a claim with Polaris, and ordered the parts to fix it. This is what EVERY dealership should be like! When it's time for a new bike, I'll definitely buy it from here. Thanks Spartan Cycle!!!!

They took a $40 deposit ($20 each). They never called me back. I called several times after the initial week and was told that someone was looking at them and that they were really behind. Yesterday was approaching 3 weeks so I tried to call again. Phone line disconnected. I drove up to the shop and after standing at the counter for 10 minutes someone eventually came. They gave me back my equipment and my $40 and said they never even looked at them to diagnose the problem. They never apologized or gave explanation. 3 weeks later and I'm starting over again with nothing gained due to their absolute incompetence. This business is dishonest and extremely unprofessional. By Friday at noon, I already had a Buyer's Order and Delivery Confirmation in hand. They even had the bike fully prepped the same day, and I was able to pick it up the very next day. What really stood out was how smoothly everything went despite challenges on their end. The dealership had lost internet service due to a windstorm--something that would disrupt most businesses--but they still managed to process all the paperwork without any issues. Pricing was fair and straightforward, with no surprises. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent, and the staff was professional, responsive, and genuinely courteous. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Macomb Powersports--and their new building is beautiful as well.
