Yesterday was approaching 3 weeks so I tried to call again. Phone line disconnected. I drove up to the shop and after standing at the counter for 10 minutes someone eventually came. They gave me back my equipment and my $40 and said they never even looked at them to diagnose the problem. They never apologized or gave explanation. 3 weeks later and I'm starting over again with nothing gained due to their absolute incompetence. This business is dishonest and extremely unprofessional.
