You may consider this if the upper Main Street area is crowded. We ordered the Tacos Tipicos to share, planning to order more if we were still hungry. After enjoying the tacos (they were delicious), we found we just weren't hungry for more. We had a nice breakfast here on a Tuesday morning. It wasn't crowded, prices are reasonable esp for this area. Service was quick and friendly. Although she didn't bring the check at the end of the meal. This might be the way they do it and have you come to the counter to pay. The place is clean and comfortable. The food was delicious and cheap! We went for an early lunch around 11. Half of our table had the breakfast and half had lunch. Breakfast looked great big portions. We were sat and served quickly after coming in. Its like a mexican and breakfast crossover. I had the burrito parilla and it was huge and delicious covered in queso. Had to ask 3 times for water, but everyone else got their drinks just fine. Menu clearly shows 2 slices of bread, my is one slice of toast cut in half. Waited over an hour for 2 pancakes 2 eggs and a veggie omelet. Very slow service - stay away

If zero was an option I would have chosen that. I understand they were busy and we had to wait a few minutes to be seated. However, it took 10+ minutes for someone to take our drink order, another 10+ minutes to receive our drinks and then our server never returned to take our order. She continued to take other people's orders that came in and sat after us. After about 30 minutes inside the restaurant we left $10 on the table for our drinks and walked out. The food was delicious! The service was spotty however. It was crowded when we got there but we were seated fairly quickly and we received our coffee right away. After placing our food orders it was a good 30 minutes before receiving it. We had noticed several customers who had come after us receiving their orders before us. Avoid if possible. We didn't mind the wait to be sat, but seeing tables get their orders taken before ours even though we were sat first was upsetting, especially since we had a toddler. It took about 15 minutes after ordering for them to even bring us our water, and only after I had to get up and ask again. Terrible service. Let me start by saying the food is decent, however my husbands toast was burnt to a crisp and black. It was not edible. I ordered the breakfast burrito and it was a decent size and tasty. I did like the food was seasoned perfectly. Now for the flip side, the server spoke NO English and while I'm rusty on my high school Spanish see couldn't communicate other than to point to the menu. I asked how big the burrito was and she struggled to understand. My husband ordered the steak omelet and she came back to our table to ask if he wanted the steak or chicken omelet. The person behind the counter cooking the food and the person who seated us spoke perfect English. So why have a server who speaks little to no English taking the orders? No flavored creamers available. All of us were happy with our choices and would come again. No one used any salt or pepper on their food though both were available on the table. Unfortunately this is where it goes down hill, 20 more minutes goes by and two other tables that were seated behind us have already ordered and got their drinks. We had to call a server over for a drink order, we told him we can order food as well and he stated " oh I can't do that I don't have a receipt book, I'll just get you drinks." Well another 20 minutes goes by and he comes back with a book and states "well they are busy I'll take your order now." Then we wait, and wait and wait, three tables that came in behind us including a party of 10 start getting their food orders. So at this point we attempted to pay for our drinks and leave, they were nice enough to say it's ok, your food is next while pointing to food THAT WAS NOT OUR ORDER in the window (side note we ordered waffles not the omelettes in the window). This place is so good we are here for the second day in a row. We were looking for something tasty and casual after a hike when we discovered this hidden gem. Everything was fantastic, we had eggs with chorizo, refried beans, hashbrowns, chilaquiles with eggs and avocado. The restaurant was small and quaint which is what we like but that's the end of the positives. The food and service were terrible. The meal came wrong twice before we finally ate food we didn't order and midway through they realized it was still wrong and took the plates off the table while we were eating. We waited again and they brought food a third time that was still wrong. The food was barely edible and there were several other tables that appeared to be having a similar experience.
