We were able to get our order in fairly quickly, and waited near the pickup area, where they also have a good setup for adding sweeteners, etc. My only issue -- and it's a big one -- is that the cream I asked for was put into my espresso Cold. That took the temperature of the coffee down to tepid. Not good on a cold day when you're craving Hot Coffee.
