Everything your tastebuds desire and more! Pastries and robust-flavored coffee were our choice, but they also offer breakfast bowls and other substantial and even healthy items. Staff is friendly and attentive. Icing on the cake when visiting 30A - a few locations to choose from.

    Paris Ham Croissant. Was delicious.

Delicious food. Peaceful atmosphere. Excellent service. We also ordered two iced coffees. The beekeeper and the Tanline and both were delicious and hit the spot.

This coffee shop has it all! They offer pastries, breads, muffins, cookies, and more. I saw on TikTok that the cookies were amazing and they definitely didn't disappoint. So soft and fresh! The staff was friendly and the atmosphere is great. There's plenty of seating inside and out, plus a small parking lot in the front

Wow! I don't think there could be a more perfect coffee shop / brunch spot in Santa Rosa. Black Bear Bread Co is exactly the type of coffee shop you want to have coffee and breakfast at before having a nice, slow morning on the beach. It is absolutely stunning on the inside and has the most calming vibes! We got two lattes, a French toast, and a lemon cheese danish. The French toast did take some time to make, but totally worth it!! Everything was so good and the coffee hit the spot. Food recs: lavender iced latte, French toast, baked goods!

    French toast!

The atmosphere was great. I got the French toast and was delish. Can't wait to go back when we visit 30A next year!

Adorable place to stop for coffee and breakfast. There was a small line out the door shortly after they opened on Friday morning, so I can imagine the line grows as the morning goes on. I absolutely loved the coffee special: The Tan Line, which was an almond milk latte with mocha. I also had the banana sourdough toast, which was great. It had a nice spice and great crunch from the pecans, and the sourdough was the best part. The chocolate croissant was okay--a bit greasy for me, and the sausage biscuit sandwich that my husband had lacked flavor. I would stick with their speciality while here: anything on bread!

Fruit danish and lemon blueberry scone

Loved the ambiance at Black Bear Bread, it is such a cute location. The food was good and the coffee was great. I ordered the shakshouka, which can be hard to find on a menu in the FL panhandle, and was definitely pleased with my choice. I also tried the Bear Latte, it was delicious, if I lived closer, I would stop by just for the coffee. My mom had the French toast which was beautiful to look at, along with a latte that she really enjoyed. I bought some pastries to take home and highly recommend the fruit danish and lemon blueberry scone. It is a little pricey but we enjoyed our visit.

Such a cute little place. I love how all the businesses are like little houses in all different colors side by side. Not really in the need for sweets that day but had to try. The menu is pretty similar daily, but they drop in a few new items here and there each day. I got lucky and got the last key lime croissant. I wasn't sure what it was going to be but happily surprised. Topped with a meringue and filled with key lime. The croissant itself was perfectly flaky. I was secretly hoping it was key lime flavored and drizzled with a powdered sugar dressing. The inside curd was a little rich for what I was in the mood for. Overall great stop. Check 'em out. They have bread and coffee too. They did have sprinkle cookies that day we just really didn't need anymore and honestly I was stressed after I realized I paid $15 for a muffin and a croissant. We also got a Lemon poppyseed muffin. This was my #1 pick of the two. So soft and melty. I would grab one of those next time easily.

Some of the best coffee I've ever had! The wait was a bit long but it was worth it. I got a egg and cheese croissant that was very good! Lots of seating outside and overall such a cute place!

Great food and perfect breakfast spot. I had the seasonal breakfast bowl scrable and did disappoint. I paired it with a orange juice and iced Chai latte. Wife have the B.E.C. on everything bagel. Yummy

    Is there gluten free options?

Didn't recall specifically called out on menu, so might be limited … although I'd think you could order without breads etc. Good luck, hope it works out for you!

BLUF: Neat building, ok food, bar out back looks like a good time…read more I love the building that Cowgirl Kitchen is located in. It reminds me of a mid-century diner or service station that you would have seen on historic Route 66. While indeed a mid-century building dating back to the 1950s, it was originally a cottage in Seagrove Beach. I love that the owners had the historic cottage relocated when it was threatened by a new subdivision being built in Seagrove. The logistics at Cowgirl Kitchen are that you order inside and then a server will bring the food out to you. We choose to sit on the front patio for a serene environment but I can tell the people out back at Boxcar Annie's were having a great time enjoy live music and cocktails. For food we had a round of grouper sandwiches and a side of chips. My sandwich was good. My sister's was undercooked - pink and jelly-like at the thickest portion. I am sure the staff would have been glad to remedy the situation but we frankly didn't feel like waiting in line at the counter again and then waiting for them to put the fish back on the flattop, or however its cooked. She ate around the undercooked part and we moved on with our day. Another thing that is nice about Cowgirl Kitchen is that it's right net to "The Stalls of 30A" - a unique and fun shopping experience. I always appreciate when I can eat, drink and shop and not have to move the car!

BLUF: Excellent breakfast all day and delicious, fresh donuts in a diner-like atmosphere…read more My party of three arrived at The Donut Hole to a long-ish line down the ramp and I was wondering if it's worth it. It is! The Donut Hole most certainly has diner vibes and I suspect the booths are original to its 1978 origins - both of which made for a nostalgic experience. Although named for the sweet, fried confections, The Donut Hole has a huge menu of breakfast, lunch and dinner items. My table all ordered breakfast even though it was lunch time. The breakfast was awesome - omelettes, pancakes, poached eggs, cheese grits, coffee and the most delicious rye bread. I had the sausage and cheese omelet and there was something about it that made it better than other omelettes I've had. Also, I loved the rye bread - it was sliced thicker than what I am used to and it was very pillowy. I enjoyed it dry but it was also good with a little butter. We waited about 20 or so minutes for a table, but once seated we enjoyed prompt, attentive, excellent service. And's let's not forget to talk about the fresh made donuts! Oh my, there were a lot of flavors to choose from and none of them disappointed. Initially I went with a chocolate frosted and Bavarian cream filled donut. But then a fresh tray of key line donuts came out and I had to get one of those too. My sister ordered a few and we took them back to our rental, cut them in quarters and had a donut tasting party. Delicious! I am looking forward to my return trip to The Donut Hole. A visit to Santa Rosa Beach would not be complete without a stop at The Donut Hole.

Holy tortugas! This place rocks and no wonder it is packed, the word is out…read moreVery smart scheme, they don't need any advertising because it is by word of mouth, our next door neighbor from Pensacola told us about the donuts and other items in the menu I ordered an omelette with mushrooms and cheese and it was like they would have told me to go in the kitchen and make it myself disregarding how big my stomach and my appetite would be, very generous that not even the picture makes justice to how well and generous was. Do you think I left any in my plate? no sir! Wife ordered two fried eggs that come with hash browns and biscuit and she barely finished too. Kathy was our server with a smile from ear to ear that made our day, very patient and took our order quickly and accurately. Considering the number of people in the restaurant our food came out quickly. We asked Kathy about something we saw next table and could not guess what it was on the menu. Apple fritters she said so we ordered one to go, well have it with coffee tomorrow There is a well known breakfast franchise across the highway but they are no competition to the Donut Hole, just simply there is no other place I have been in the Nation that serves as good as this and I have been to quite a few, I wish there was one near home. Place is well lit and inviting with enough personnel to tackle the crowd Place is crazy busy and when we left the line was all the way to the front porch Are we coming back? you bet we will in the week and a half we have left in Paradise. Only about a mile from Topsail Hill State Park and next time we will take the bikes, easy ride on the bike lane on Highway 98
