Incredibly long wait on a Saturday morning, but the quality of both the coffee beverages and the breakfast sandwiches arguably made the long wait worthwhile. There is very limited indoor seating, so just be mindful of that in the event of poor weather conditions while waiting in a long line to order. It was great to see that the coffee beans are Stumptown brand, and the cold brew was especially good. There is also an awesome wide variety of pastries, such as a key lime pie croissant. Friendly staff and overall efficient operation, with great opportunities indoors for photos with nice aesthetics.

Super trendy, therefore, long lines if you don't get there early. Although, the lines moves quickly. Beautiful pastries and loads of latte options. Very friendly staff. Limited seating inside but very cute ambiance. We had the cinnamon rolls (which are huge) and the key lime croissant (also huge). Both were very good. The coffees were average and pricey. Location is right in the heart of Seaside so you will probably have to pay to park. For 4 of us, it was a $75 breakfast

Oh. My. Word. This place is AMAZING! Warm, welcoming vibes the moment you walk in - and the homemade pastries are next level! The cold brew was spot-on, just how I ordered. Whether it's the Almond Croissant, Key Lime Croissant or the Lemon-Blueberry Scone, every bite was a hit. Worth the stop!

Everything your tastebuds desire and more! Pastries and robust-flavored coffee were our choice, but they also offer breakfast bowls and other substantial and even healthy items. Staff is friendly and attentive. Icing on the cake when visiting 30A - a few locations to choose from.

This coffee shop has it all! They offer pastries, breads, muffins, cookies, and more. I saw on TikTok that the cookies were amazing and they definitely didn't disappoint. So soft and fresh! The staff was friendly and the atmosphere is great. There's plenty of seating inside and out, plus a small parking lot in the front

    Paris Ham Croissant. Was delicious.

Delicious food. Peaceful atmosphere. Excellent service. We also ordered two iced coffees. The beekeeper and the Tanline and both were delicious and hit the spot.

The food was tasty and the coffee was good. They have some unique coffee flavors on their board. I had one with lavender that was very nice.

Love the drinks here. Food looks great, but I haven't tried. Been here multiple times for the drinks and some of the best iced lattes

Too expensive. The espresso was not good. The area is beautiful. There are a lot of nice bike paths.

Best coffee shop breakfast in town. Our crew went 3 times in a week! Pop Tarts were key.

    Is there gluten free options?

Didn't recall specifically called out on menu, so might be limited … although I'd think you could order without breads etc. Good luck, hope it works out for you!

You order at the counter, receive a pager, and then find a seat. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, and the food is served in a cardboard boat-style container, which fits the casual atmosphere. As for the food, I thought it was just okay. I ordered the biscuits and gravy with sausage, along with a side of bacon. At $8 for the biscuits and gravy, plus an additional charge for sausage and $4 for three slices of bacon, I felt the prices were a little on the high side for what we received. The biscuits and gravy were decent, but the gravy was definitely lacking in flavor and could have used more seasoning. My wife ordered an egg and grits bowl. She felt the eggs were a little too runny for her liking. One thing worth mentioning for anyone with Alpha-Gal is that we didn't see any protein options that would work for someone with that dietary restriction. That could make finding a substantial breakfast difficult for people who have to avoid mammalian products. Overall, it's a cute, casual place with a great neighborhood atmosphere, but for us, the food didn't quite live up to the price. It's worth trying if you're in the area, but I don't know that we'd go out of our way to return.

Years of coming here I have never had had bad service. The servers have always been friendly, responsive, pleasant and warm. Sometimes when they get very busy you nay have to grab your servers attention, but when that's happened it was nothing bothersome. BUT the food!!!! Simply put I love the food here!! You will never get a bad dish! This time around the fried chicken and biscuits and gravy was absolutely stellar!!!
