When I mentioned it down stair near the counter, the lady that had rang us up said "can't please everyone" to another customer. What bothers me the most is that I tipped before this experience. Therefore, I was not given an opportunity to monetarily respond. With all of our boys... I took at least 20%. I tipped 20% and I'm disappointed.
