Overall, the experience at BKLYN House was good. The staff were very friendly and nice. We had an issue with our reservation because we were told we could check in early, but when we arrived, the rooms weren't ready. They had us waiting for a couple of hours. Our room was also short on towels, and missing a trash can and iron. During our stay, everything else was amazing. It was definitely a nice place to stay. We were just a 3-minute walk from the subway station. There's also a pharmacy right in front, which made it super convenient. I would stay here again without issues if they improve the communication about early check-in. read more

The train station is close by and there are many markets and food places within walking distance. The room I stayed in was a little outdated but comfortable. I don't know what these cry babies are complaining about in the reviews but I had a great stay. Arrived Friday, left Monday. Got checked in early, staff checked my luggage so I roam around. Rooms are simple but still nice. 1 min walk from train and deli. Lots of food options and local spots on broadway. Alani went above for customer service. TV has Netflix. Perfect for solo travelers who don't plan on just staying in the room. I paid 350ish for 3 days. Anywhere else in the area was 700, 800 plus & that's dead. Can't wait to come back read more

Had a disappointing experience at BKLYN House this weekend. Upon checking in, I asked if we could have an extra blanket. We were told no, we could have a sheet but not a blanket. There were also only two towels total in our bathroom--not a washcloth, no hand towels. I was concerned I'd have to reserve the bath mat to use as a hand towel. Aside from the conditions being generally shabby, the room did the job we needed it to, although no hangers to hang clothes and no safe for valuables. The worst part was that there was loud music blasting from the street until close to midnight and it started up again early in the morning. Though there might have been nothing the hotel could've done about this, it's worth noting that if you're staying and you need to get a good night of sleep, this might not be the environment for you. Someone who's going to be out late and not spending a tremendous amount of time in the room might not mind so much. We checked out a day early and opted to sleep on a relative's air mattress instead. read more

Bring your own cup -the "breakfast area" is a sad underground cellar that seems to have been completely abandoned and forgotten about by management and currently serves no purpose other than storage -there are way better lodging options in the area for significantly cheaper This hotel is very clearly pinching pennies anywhere it can by cutting out essential guest toiletries/basic conveniences/complimentary necessities and it overall feels like a sad, empty building with zero hospitality that does a good job of looking cool and hip in photos. We actually have stayed here before (pre-covid) and the hotel had tons of creature comforts and even had craft beers that you could buy and take up to your room, and the common areas were actually really cool places to hang out and chill with fellow travelers. None of that was true this time. It now feels like a place that is under new management trying to turn it around financially by cutting out every expense that it can, or it's been run into the ground and last-ditch cost cutting efforts are in place to stop the bleeding. Something is going on here and it's not good. It reeks of a failing business or cheap owners who don't care about guest experience despite being in the hospitality industry. The rooms themselves are clean and decent enough, the beds serve their purpose, but it's a major red flag when you go to sit on the toilet and learn that you have to call downstairs for toilet paper, or go to wash up in the shower and squeeze the wall-mounted Dial soap dispenser and just get a puff of air instead. Not cool. Do not stay here, it is not worth what you pay (we were in at over $350/night and we were frankly extremely ripped off). We were super, super disappointed and will not ever come back unless reviews start coming in that signal changes being made. Avoid unless you have no other options. To the ownership: spend money on the guest experience. You *have* to invest in the guest experience. It's your livelihood. Your business lives and dies by it. Little things like free snacks and good beverage options (especially beer/wine for purchase to take to your room) goes a very long way in this industry. Your competition is stomping you. read more

I stayed here this past weekend for AfroPunk. I'll make this easy for me by listing the pros and cons and elaborating in detail where important. Reference photos attached. PROS: 1. Location (super convenient)- I see a lot of negatives comments of the location but it was cool to me because if you ever wanted to be around everything and I mean EVERYTHING, then the location is solid. Within 2 minutes, up the block and around the corner you have a currency exchange, Walgreens, tons of fast food (Popeyes, Chipotle Burger King etc.), Starbucks, train access and so much more. Because of the the area is congested af at all times but I prefer it no other way. 2. Bathroom Water Pressure & Temp- more times than not when I've traveled anywhere, bathroom water pressure was low and temperature was barley warm to cold. Not here- showering was comfortable, the water gets hot and the pressure is consistent. 3. Hotel & Room stuff- Nice and ample lighting in the room. Bed is comfortable with clean bedding. Loft-style room, which is cute. This hotel has the best window covering. The roller shade blocks out light completely, if that's what you want especially for a morning after hangover. The outside of the hotel is fun with lots of art and colorful with cool benches to chill and/or take pictures at. There's bag storage in lobby for guests so if you arrive early you can leave them and hit the streets or if you have a later flight, you can still leave them for a little bit after checkout and come back for them. CONS: 1. Location- I know this was a pro but I had to mention this one flaw. There was a previous review regarding a guest whose car got broken into across the street from hotel. Well, while sleep Sunday night I recall a car alarm going off but I was too tired to get up and see what happened. The next morning, while doing my makeup in the window, I see a guy with NYPD because his range rover was broken into and putting 2 and 2 together, it was his car that was going off. Later, while sitting in the hotel's cafeteria, he and some other guy were also in the caf talking, trying to see if anyone saw anything or they have any information. 2. Elevator- raggedy, it does whatever it feels like. I eventually began taking the stairs up and down to and from 4th floor. I was not risking getting stuck. 3. Room Stuff- I stayed in room 402 and the toilet did not have a seat cover...so it was annoying having to be extra careful to not have my belongings falling from sink into the toilet. There was no shower curtain so the floor easily got wet. That can't be good overtime, I'm sure. If it's a cost factor, maybe a curtain made from recycled materials could be used in all rooms. The room floor was a little dirty, though I bring slides every trip to walk around in, I suggest making sure, if you're staying here to have house shoes or something in your luggage, not socks an actual shoe. All in all, it's a boutique hotel so you get what you pay for and it's honestly super affordable and worth it for a short 2-3 day trip. The staff was nice. Also shoutout to the rooms manager Marcus, he's amazing, accommodating and dresses cool- he's a pleasure. The photos of the community area and lobby does not represent what it is now- I hope it goes back to that. It would certainly give it a more organized, open and welcoming appeal. A tip for future guests would be to check your room thoroughly and if there's anything you need (extra rolls of toilet tissue, towels etc) make a list and get it stocked right away and if you're unhappy with your room, let them know they will accomodate you! I'd give it a 3 out of 5 stars because it was not terrible at all- just small improvements would make it amazing. read more

Ok experience - wish I'd done a little more research first. Location: not a particularly nice area, but I didn't feel unsafe at first. Within half mile of several transportation access options. There is not good shopping or food in the immediate area, you will have to walk or take transportation at least a few blocks for more options. The third night when I was walking back to the hotel there were about 10 various emergency vehicles in the surrounding block. After very little research I found some articles detailing the housing establishment across the street. Known to be one of the worst projects in the city with multiple murders 2018. Room: clean enough - no concerns with cleanliness. Housekeeping came as expected and performed standard services to expectations. Loft industrial style of decor is modern, recently updated, and appropriate for city life, but it is not exactly warm/homey if that is what you are looking for. I was very uncomfortable with a motion sensor being in my guest room on the 5th floor. I ended up covering it with a towel because I was not comfortable with thought of being monitored. Staff: standard service, generally friendly. When I arrived my reservation had been erroneously cancelled by an employee on the day I was supposed to check in. She was apologetic and was able to reinstate my reservation, but this could have ended poorly had there not been vacancy. Hotel itself: the bright colors and art around the building are fun. I did not take advantage of the free breakfast and can not speak to it. Elevator a little raggedy and slow. Overall value: It will be difficult to find something this spacious and clean for similar value closer to the city. Despite this I likely would not stay here on my own again or with children after reading more about area - I'd fork over the extra for safer neighborhood. read more

I can't say much about the hotel itself being in bad shape or anything. The staff is straightforward and helpful with any questions. I safely walked from the weylin to the hotel BUT when I went to move my vehicle for parking in the morning I came to find my back window was shattered and someone broke into my car. You would think the hotel would feel for you if your car was broken into right across the street from their door. I have no complaints about the room, but it seems like this location attracts a bit of trouble. When we went to check out there were 4 officers on premise because of whatever situation the guests had going on. The room was fine. My wife and I got delayed flying out from JFK so we decided to give this hotel a try. It's a really cool story boutique hotel that someone has clearly put some thought into. Each floor is decorated with murals and graffiti from local Brooklyn artists. The rooms were clean with nice finishes and basic amenities, no hair dryer in our room. Some creative storage solutions, funky furniture and a decent view. We were up on the eighth floor facing Manhattan and you could see the skyline. The bed was quite comfortable and very clean. When checking in, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were very impressed. Overnight a fire department hose line burst in one of the stairwells right next to our room flooding just about every floor below us. I called the front desk and they tended to it quickly, calling the fire department to shut it off. It was a crazy freak incident to no fault of the hotel or staff and they took it in stride so good on em. If we find ourselves in Brooklyn again, we'd definitely give this place another shot. read more

If you're a light sleeper, like myself, perhaps look elsewhere. I've stayed here twice now. The beds are cheep.. and the pillows, I'm not exaggerating when I say they seem like lumps of polyester filling in the center of a fabric sack. It's almost laughable if it weren't what you have to use as a pillow. I can honestly say the beds were the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in. I slept poorly all 4 nights I've stayed here. There's also the stairwell doors that are constantly slamming, while people come in and out of them. The first time i stayed here I had to pile towels at the base of the door so I wasn't being constantly woken up by it. When i say loud, it's loud. Seems like a simple fix for the mgmt though. The neighborhood is so / so. There's locals hanging around outside of the hotel quite a bit. Friends of mine, who live in NY, told me it can be sketchy at night. BUT If you're just looking for a place to keep your stuff and don't mind this kind of thing, the price is great and it's fairly clean. No bells and whistles whatsoever. read more

It's very clean, and although the rooms aren't that large, they're still comfortable and larger than some manhattan hotels at similar price. It's main downside is it's location. It is right between Williamsburg and Bushwick basically, so it's still a solid 20 minute walk from the Williamsburg area, which is a more fun area to walk around. You wouldn't be very interested walking around the area of the hotel. Another downside is no bar in the hotel, so you really have to do all your partying in another area. The upsides to this hotel are: - free 24/7 coffee, tea, hot chocolate, orange and apple juice downstairs, which is a pleasant thing to have when you get back in the middle of the night - not busy with friendly service - if you get a top floor, the view is pretty nice. we were on the 8th floor because we opted for a higher room when purchasing tickets. the view includes the manhattan skyline. You probably should get this if you plan on coming to this hotel. It made all the difference. - easy and free street parking (but some people criticize this hotel for not offering any hotel-owned parking, which I understand) - comfortable bed! - short subway and uber ride to Williamsburg and greenpoint - hallways have neat graphic artwork on the walls (not in the hotel rooms though) read more

I stayed at Bklyn House for 3 nights and I enjoyed my stay other than the only elevator being out of service. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. A lot of people complained about the area, but I felt safe coming in after midnight. It's also very close to the train station which is perfect. I would definitely stay here again. read more

I had been trying to reach the front desk for almost an hour and no one is picking up; it rang and rang then just hung up. I thought "is this real life right now? This is a business...that provides a room for people to sleep in at night..how is no one picking up the phone.." So I kept trying and eventually Ramel answered. The reason I was calling was because the Megabus I booked to get there broke down and they weren't going to be able to get us a new bus for hours and I was going to lose my reservation, as it was already 9pm. Unfortunately this broken down bus ruined all the plans I had and I wasn't going to be able to make it into the city from central New York, and wanted to know if they could refund me or give me a credit for this unexpected situation. I had booked through Hotels.com and had contacted them, and they were willing to issue me the refund, but told me when they spoke to Bklyn House, they said "No. Sorry, we're sticking to our cancellation policy." Ramel gave us manager names to call back tomorrow when they would be in. We asked to leave a voicemail with them in the mean time but their mailboxes were full when we called. So I'll write an updated review once I get a final word. But as of right now, Bklyn House remains one star for me for their terrible customer service, not answering their phone, lack of managerial presence, and for not being understanding of a situation that was out of my hands. Was forced to stay here after my flight was canceled. The hotel was on the cheaper side, so my boyfriend and I booked it for a night. Upon entering the lobby, there were about 10 guests waiting to check in or be helped and only one poor girl working the desk. The fire alarm was going off and no one was able to help the poor desk girl figure out what was going on because the maintenance guy was "on break". So we waited about 30 minutes to get checked-in all the while listening to a high pitch squeal. When we entered our room, we found it dirty with paint droppings all over the floor and very sticky floors - quite disgusting. A little while later we order Chinese take-out and got a call from the desk saying that our food was in the lobby. The delivery man told me a different price and handed me a pizza box. I told him this was not my food and him and the desk guy both said that it was. So I brought the food to my room only to discover it was not. Shortly after I received another call from the lobby saying there was a mix up and I had the wrong food. At checkout once again, only one person working. 15 frantic guests trying to check out. Incompetent staff. Rude guests cutting lines, this hotel had it all! Also if you stay on the ground floor, be prepared to listen to the soothing sound of slamming doors on top of the constant shriek of the fire alarm, thanks to assholes who smoke in their room. I should also add that we were told there were drinks/refreshments available 24/7 - which we found to actually only be water and ice. The continental breakfast was coffee, juice, muffins, waffles and toast - so don't expect much there. Recently stayed here for a concert at the Barclays Center. Really liked the overall vibe of the hotel. The area around it looks rough but I felt safe the entire time I was there. Rooms were clean and actually a decent size for NY hotels. The subway was within walking distance so that was convenient for traveling to the Barclays Center and downtown. The receptionist recommended a really good breakfast place in the morning and we really appreciated her help. My only complaints during my stay was the fact I was waiting for about 45 minutes for a room and it was kinda loud in the middle of the night. We arrived a half hour after our check in time and our room still wasn't ready. The wait was a little inconvenient. Also at 3:30 in the morning there was a lot of noise outside and it didn't seemed handled well. The price was good for NYC and the rooms are simple but they did their job. The beds were super comfortable also! Overall I recommend this place if you're looking for an economical stay in Brooklyn/NYC. read more

This was my favorite hotel I've stayed in by far. The atmosphere is wonderful. The beds are amazing. The decor is cool and hipster-ish. House keeping is perfect and wonderful and actually changes the sheets every single time. The room is extremely spacious for a two queen upper floor room. With hangers and an ironing board. I truly loved it here. Now for the downsides. These down sides were enough to make me take off any stars though because of the excellent customer service and cheap stay if you book on their website instead of a third party site. One, the hotel smells like cologne when you walk in and it's actually really strong when you walk in but it isn't terrible enough that you can't stand it. Two, There is no mini bar/ fridge so if you have something you want to store away, you really can't. Third, Noise level was fine (in room 705 at least) you can hear other doors in the hallways slam but nothing you can't block out nor nothing you'll hear often if you actually plan on exploring Bushwick/New York. Fourth, the bathroom shower has no door. Water gets on the floor and you end up using a towel or two to make sure the floor isn't a wet mess. All in all. I'd stay here again because of location and how convenient the area is. read more

Our check in was 3:00pm and it's 7:00pm and it's still not ready. They won't let us cancel our reservation since it's within 24 hours and booked through Expedia. Josiah let us know if we wanted a refund we needed to call Expedia. Expedia called Josiah to approve the refund and he denied it for no reason. So I decided to stay at this lo nation for a few days but only booking my reservation for a day but extending with cash the other two days.. Everything was good until check out, I go to check my bank account after already checking out and leaving and someone made a charge for 380.00 on my bank card which they had no authorization to do and two my last night I paid cash which didn't even total the amount charged so why was my credit card even touched or processed again. Every time I called to resolve the matter I kept getting put on hold so I jumped in a uber and went down there personally. I walk in and demand a manager the man at the desk ask what it's about and I then begin to tell him. So he's like let me go speak to my manager the man is gone 5 mins then comes back tries to tell me it's only an authorization for 100.00 security deposit he would give me a letter saying so. Excuse me who do you think I am I wasn't born yesterday I've banked a long time and I know the difference between a processing transaction and a proceeded transaction and clearly the almost 400 charge was on my card The man ran up and down the stairs kid you not a total of 5-6 times I than told him you know what print me my recipet for the day I'm talking about staying I paid in cash which I did and I will take all this info to bank to show them your company's scetchyness. At the end of it all I told the men at the front desk it's a shame ur manger won't get off his ass to see what the issue is and what can we do to resolve it. My boyfriend and I have stayed here several times before and used to really like this place. We normally stay here while he's at work up the block at the hospital as a doctor. He was on vacation for the last 4 months and then went back. In the time he was off, I realized that they became racist with the treatment. Of course him and I are not white, they happen to put people with skin like us in rooms where everything is nailed down. (The mini fridges don't get cold inside that cubby, so you normally had to ask maintenance to have it sit on the floor for you.) for others that stayed here with less melanin, there rooms weren't like that. I went downstairs for breakfast, to get yogurt for my bf and I, took 4 yogurts (2 a piece) and a apple juice, when I got downstairs I walked in behind other patrons but was cut off by a worker and asked for my hotel room number. After I told her my room and took some yogurt the older lady tried to yell at me for taking too much yogurt and apple juice. Are you kidding me?! I REFUSE to stay here again. Their prices have gone up but service has dropped tremendously and they seem to have become racist with how they treat people. This is ridiculous!!! To top that off, the room quality is absurd too. The door barely closes. To make sure it shuts entirely, you have to push it or pull it shut, depending on whether you're inside or outside the room. They seemed to get rid of all the "Do Not Disturb" signs and for some reason, online they show a difference in prices for different rooms, depending on floor or amount of beds. It doesn't matter if you're on 3 or 8, if you only have 1 bed, ALL the rooms are the same. So why the price difference?! Am I supposed to get a better view of the daycare center and buildings across the street on the 8th floor than the 3rd? Lol. This hotel also doesn't do late checkouts, AT ALL. Don't ask. Hello, I'm writing because last night we arrived at the hotel around 9:30pm (5/21) and were told at check in that the hotel was overbooked and we did not have a room. We were told that it was probably because we booked through a third party website, however that was not the case. We booked directly from your website. We were also told that it was because we checked in after 8pm. I could not find this check in stipulation anywhere on our email confirmation nor on your website. Also, no one communicated to us that our room was canceled so we were left scrambling at 10pm to find a hotel room after driving almost three hours. We also had to pay for a hotel room in Manhattan which is over our budget and inconvenient for our stay. Fortunately, Josiah helped us and credited us a portion of the reservation we have on two rooms for today for additional family members coming in. Aside from Josiah's help, I need to express our extreme dissatisfaction with our experience at Brooklyn House. We would appreciate an explanation of your policy and I think you owe it to your clientele to warn them properly upon reserving a room that their reservation is tentative. I just truly don't understand how a hotel could operate in this manner when the very purpose of hotels is to secure lodging for travelers. read more

I love this hotel, too bad I didn't find it sooner. The hotel in Manhattan I stayed was horrible but this was super clean, roomy, wonderful staff, cool hip furniture and the bed - yes! My only complaint - the walls are thin so I heard EVERYTHING the couple in the next room were doing (moans spanking etc) and I had to get up early to catch a flight. I'll hell yeah be back again! I do not recommend staying here. I arrived to find that they had cancelled my reservation without calling or contacting me, then charged me more for a room I did not want, but was all they had left. Turns out they had tried to charge my card before I arrived at the hotel, and it did not go through, which is the reason, they claimed, that they cancelled my room. I explained that I had lost my card the day before and had to cancel it. I did not anticipate this would be a problem, since every other hotel I have been to has waited to charge my card until I arrive, or as I am checking out, so I planned on handing them my new card as soon as I arrived. Not this hotel. I think they have the right idea but the wrong people running it. I brought a large group here and we were extremely disappointed. 1. We were over charged, even when we had a contract written up of how payments would work. (50%before and 50% when we arrive; this was violated by the hotel- we were charged more than quote- still waiting on it all to be settled) 2. Our rooms were not cleaned. We stayed 5 nights and the beds were only made once, our towels were only changed once on a separate day. We requested if room service could clean bathrooms and replace towels and make beds each day and still did not receive this. 3. The breakfast attendant did a no call no show. So, there was no breakfast one morning during our stay. When we brought this to their attention, we were promised that we'd be compensated but they did not follow through. I had to stand at the front desk and wait until someone arrived to handle the situation. The compensation provided didn't even cover half of what my party lost due to staff member not showing up. 4. The walls are thin. There were screaming toddlers on each floor that my party stayed on. You could hear them through the doors. It was extremely distracting. 5. There is a very clear no smoking policy. The stairwell smells like smoke 90% of the time. And the hallways do too. Some of the other guests aren't following the rules and makes our stay quite uncomfortable. 6. There's only one elevator, that was out of service for a period of our stay. We had some people that could not take stairs for medical reasons so it provided an obstacle. 7. An expensive portable charging dock was stolen from one of our guests in the common area. There was no record of it being stolen. 8. One of the security guards accused my party of wrestling in the kitchen area. I know for a fact that did not happen because I was present with my party. 9. The staff appeared to be concerned but did not follow through on their word. I was told I would be contacted concerning some worries and 24+ hours later I still had not heard from the managers that were supposed to reach out; the staff do not know when the managers are going to be in/they don't keep regular hours. Although the rooms a quite spacious for a hotel in New York, it just isn't worth it. You can find a place for a similar price and way more accommodating. read more

Terrible experience all around. The staff is incompetent. Customer service is non-existent. There was blood stains on our bed sheets and when we told them, they were not fazed and did little to put us at ease. We had to find another hotel because of just how bad it was. read more

okay first. let me say.... there no do not disturb for your door then i wrote one up because i did not. wanna. be bothered did that work no they still come in the. room with out knocking having attitudes as if they can't read i called front desk and asked them. to let house keeping know i do not need room service dont want no one in my room told me not to worry. yet i. have to. because they keep coming. in everytime i. stayed for 4nights and they came everyday with he not on the door you get no privacy at all here if the. staff can just. walk in anytime they want with out knocking forget the neighborhood because we in brooklyn what do you expect but it is kinda clean no parking would i stay here again. no but. then again i paid 200$ for hotel 10x times smaller. then this. so i might. its has a full shower not a small shower just need help. i would give this. a 5/10 if it had privacy it could be. 9/10 read more

My star rating is based on what you get for the price. Price was very fair for NYC area. Beds were very comfortable, room was clean, staff were friendly. The only downsides were there does not seem to be a way to prevent doors from slamming, so whenever anyone else on your floor comes or goes, you definitely hear it. Bring ear plugs to try to shut some of this out. The area is also somewhat marginal. I was in a group the whole time, but one night we returned around 11 pm & I would not have felt very comfortable if I were on my own. No one bothered us, but there were several groups of young men hanging around, and I would have felt somewhat nervous had I been on my own. Terrible atmosphere and incompetent and rude staff. I have prepaid for more than one room a month ago. I asked if it was possible for an extended check out for one room since I was given extended checkout on my other rooms with ease. I got welcomed with irritated 'no's' across the board. That they do not accommodate extended for ANY reason whatsoever. They were extremely firm on this 'policy' even though my other rooms have extended checkout. Funny how once I asked 'even if there's an extra charge?' They were more than happy to accommodate. Lol forget that. read more

My husband and I stayed here for about a week. The rooms are small, simple and clean. It's perfect if you just plan to sleep in the hotel. The neighborhood is awesome, with a mixture of Puerto Rican,Dominican community with a dash of gentrification. The free breakfast is a nice addition, but we never made it in time for breakfast (7am-930am), so we eat at J.K and Son's deli around the corner, which has breakfast all day. Plenty of dive bars that are walking distance and the train station is also down block. The M train takes you to the city and the J train take you to the Lower Eastside, which is where Chinatown and Little Italy. Had an amazing trip and I would recommend this hotel, if you want to know how the locals really live in NYC (Brooklyn). read more

I have stayed here twice, the staff it's really friendly, the rooms are a decent size, everything looks clean and new & the breakfast its pretty good, they have a waffle machine, oatmeal, bagels, yogurt, cereal, juice, coffee, tea etc. The elevator is EXTREMELY SLOW, plus it's the same elevator for everybody; I was on the elevator a few times when the house keeping staff came in with a bunch of stuff, so it was a little uncomfortable. You can hear everything that's going on in the hallway, so we decided to put a towel under the door to cover that space and see if we would hear less noise, a little after they knocked on the door very hard which it scared us a little bit (since some of the people hanging around and inside of the hotel don't really make you feel safe) they kept knocking and when my mom asked who was it, he said we can't have a towel under the door, which i understand. I just feel like he could've called to the room or just don't knock so hard like you're trying to knock the door down. I definitely don't feel safe leaving the room at night. read more

Clean, decent hotel with friendly staff. Good for a place to crash in a pinch, and price is awesome. Downside: Walls are paper thin so if you get a family with kids on your floor- buy some earplugs bc you will hear it all in the morning. I listened to a family bicker and a few kids running around and babies crying since the crack of dawn. read more
