It's been about a year since I visited this location, but I still think about the experience I had here and felt it was important to share. I was in the process of buying my first car and decided to visit a few different lots. Unfortunately, the behavior of the salesman showing me around this lot is the sole reason I chose not to move forward with purchasing the car I was interested in.
As a young woman shopping for a car on my own, I was met with condescending remarks such as, "Why didn't your boyfriend come help you find a car?" This comment was not only dismissive but presumptuous--how would he know if I even had a boyfriend? It was clear he doubted my ability to make decisions independently, which made me feel undervalued. When I asked questions, he was dismissive and unhelpful, leaving me frustrated and disrespected as a potential customer.
Thankfully, I went to another dealership where I was treated with respect and purchased a car completely on my own. This experience stands out to me because it shows how much a salesperson's attitude can influence a decision.
I hope this feedback helps this company better train their employees on professionalism and customer service. Everyone deserves to feel respected and empowered during such an important purchase. read more
