Let me start with, I am not a stylist. I am a Chef. I have a knife I really love and it had the…read moretip broken by an employee. I was worried as it was in a very bad place to have a break. I called and sent photos and they agreed to assist me. I met the owner of the sharpening part of the business and I could tell immediately he had a passion for fine cutlery. He immediately put my mind at ease and outlined what he would do to repair the damage. I was also informed it may be a week or so as it would be a delicate operation. That was fine as I love the knife and felt it was in good hands. I received a call in about three days and received pictures of the tip. Immaculate work. I could not be happier. I will return here for all future sharpening and repair needs.

Each visit the staff and owner was super sweet and helpful. They told me about an asian brand of knives to get over the convenient brand I currently have. We decided once these start to dull we will splurge on those. But its been over 8 months since we last sharpened our knives and they still cut with ease. We usually will get five kitchen knives and two pocket knives sharpened that would cost us around ($55). I'm not sure if that is expensive or not but when considering how long they've remained sharp and the condition they are in I say it's worth the price.
