Each visit the staff and owner was super sweet and helpful. They told me about an asian brand of knives to get over the convenient brand I currently have. We decided once these start to dull we will splurge on those. But its been over 8 months since we last sharpened our knives and they still cut with ease. We usually will get five kitchen knives and two pocket knives sharpened that would cost us around ($55). I'm not sure if that is expensive or not but when considering how long they've remained sharp and the condition they are in I say it's worth the price.

The idea of being without my knives for 3-4 days was simply impossible, even if I had the time before my trip. I dropped them off yesterday afternoon and picked this up today. He was courteous, responsive, and also took the time to ask me to warn those using them that they were sharpened, so they didn't overdo the pressure and have issues. And when I got them back, every single one of them was like a brand new knife. Jimmy is a cut above - he even followed up after a few days to see how things were cutting.
