Uhhhh This pains me to write as what I thought was going to be a "good" fast and easy experience turned into a rip off of a product. All we needed was some quick simple stickers for our company, and was told "these will look clean and professional" Ok, I can get behind that, they were at least printing on vinyl. After sending in a super high res file they printed them. And what we got back was terrible. I would understand that if I sent a low res JPEG file that it would be pixelated and grainy..the black was more of a grayish color, and the overall layout of the sicker and paper over the top that has to be peeled back just makes a bad product.. sigh... I'm so disappointed with the experience. I went back and explained that we can't use these, well "it's because it was digitally printed" oh please people. I never got another option to print any other way. And "our manager said we can't refund you" Ok, I was very polite and said thank you and left. It wasn't until later that day we were printing some photos at Xpresso Print Cafè that I learned that they print stickers!! Like the best I have seen and let me tell you, they are more then 1/4th the price! (BTW Xpresso Print Cafè is the best in town) I hope you come clean Designer Graphics and either print better products or tell your customers that it will only be a 1 star product. read more
