They had a little area for classes, where it looked like a private lesson was going on; but I couldn't find any information on upcoming classes. It would've been nice if they'd had that posted somewhere in the store. A tip: When you check out, do not let them put your purchases in one of their plastic bags!! Geeez!! They smell really bad like mice!!!!!! And it was a little uncomfortable being told that their restrooms are only for customers - I mean, when someone comes in your store - someone who appears and smells respectable, speaks in a respectful manner, and - is obviously not a vagrant, - and you say that to them.... I gotta tell you, it kinda makes them want to just leave, even if they had originally planned to spend quite a lot of money in your store. Just saying.

It's about three hours from my house, so it's quite a trek, but so worth it. Ginger and her staff are absolutely amazing, and the yarn selection is two thumbs up. She's got what you need, and the knowledge to make substitutions if it's not an exact match. She's got fabric and other crafts covered on the right hand side of the shop but I'm afraid to venture over to that side because picking up another hobby might collapse my house; it's already full of yarn. The prices are perfectly on par with everyone else, and I totally recommend that you swing by if you're in the neighborhood and want to knit or crochet with new friends you haven't met yet. Or do what I do and drive up and spend the night! There are tons of hotels and excellent restaurants in the area.
