They had a little area for classes, where it looked like a private lesson was going on; but I couldn't find any information on upcoming classes. It would've been nice if they'd had that posted somewhere in the store. A tip: When you check out, do not let them put your purchases in one of their plastic bags!! Geeez!! They smell really bad like mice!!!!!! And it was a little uncomfortable being told that their restrooms are only for customers - I mean, when someone comes in your store - someone who appears and smells respectable, speaks in a respectful manner, and - is obviously not a vagrant, - and you say that to them.... I gotta tell you, it kinda makes them want to just leave, even if they had originally planned to spend quite a lot of money in your store. Just saying.

It's about three hours from my house, so it's quite a trek, but so worth it. Ginger and her staff are absolutely amazing, and the yarn selection is two thumbs up. She's got what you need, and the knowledge to make substitutions if it's not an exact match. She's got fabric and other crafts covered on the right hand side of the shop but I'm afraid to venture over to that side because picking up another hobby might collapse my house; it's already full of yarn. The prices are perfectly on par with everyone else, and I totally recommend that you swing by if you're in the neighborhood and want to knit or crochet with new friends you haven't met yet. Or do what I do and drive up and spend the night! There are tons of hotels and excellent restaurants in the area.

Between Friends, an antique shop in Mineola Texas, sold me two coins that were way over priced…read more Caveat Emptor applies to my situation. I have only bought coins from reputable numismatic coin dealers. Never go to an Antique shop to buy coins unless you know they will buy the coins back. Otherwise, consider yourself ripped off, if they do not. A reputable dealer will buy back a coin or coins from you if you purchased coins from them. My experience is very poor at this shop and I will never return. On a scale of 1to 10, with 10 being the highest, I'll give them a minus 1. My advice to anyone seeking to buy numismatic coins is : Only buy numismatic coins from a reputable dealer who knows what they are doing and will buy back the coins you bought from them.
