Getting prescriptions filled at this office has been very difficult. My husband and I have…read moreexperienced three instances of mismanagement so far, in which we had to double- and triple- check with calls and follow-up calls to make sure that we got our meds. In all three cases, the pharmacies said that they didn't receive the prescription. In one of the three cases, ReFocus at first sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy and then corrected it. And in all cases, the office people didn't seem concerned that this problem occurred. We have never received an apology from them for involving us in making sure that they did their jobs.
