I was in the store for over an hour trying to decide which glasses to get, asking for the input of every single staff member they had. And let me tell you, each and every person who works there is authentic and honest. They tell it to you straight with professionalism and grace. They are patient and acknowledge every single person who walks through their doors. I was that annoying customer who waltzed in right upon closing time, and not once did they make me feel rushed. I can't say enough great things about Warby! 5 stars all around :)

Warburg Parker is really affordable and have plenty of option for eye glasses. We originally went some where else and were quoted almost $800 dollars for a pair of eye glasses for my wife and came here and I was able to buy my wife 2 pairs of glasses she loved for half the price. The glasses were so reasonable, it was a no brainer to buy 2 pairs so my wife had different options she could wear for glasses! If you in the market got new eye glasses, I would go no where else. Warner Parker offers a great selection of glasses and the staff is great. As walking into the store everyone is warm and no one is pressuring you to buy anything. The process is easy and you pick you frames, bro g you prescription, and they ship out the glasses you pick yo there factory. Very easy process and one the glasses are done they ship out right yo your house. Once you get the glasses, if they don't fit you can go back and they adjust glasses for you. Very great process and the staff is great. I highly recommend Warby Parker Walt Whitman . Great selection of glasses 10/10 Staff 10/10 Easy parking & location 10/10 Pricing affordable 10/10

Highly recommend if you want great service, style, and speed all in one place!

My mom went today for herself for a separate issue and nobody even attempted to explain to her again that they are not eligible to diagnose or treat this condition. I know they probably labeled her as an "annoying customer from yesterday" and saw her just to shut her up. But this is just so wrong because I know how hard my mom works for that $90 dollars.

When I walked in I did not feel welcomed so I decided to keep commuting back to the Davis Visionworks I had been going to for years in Brooklyn. Because school is just around the corner and I did not feel like driving over 30 miles, I decided to give this location a try. I AM SO GLAD I DID!!!. From the moment I walked with my son we were greeted warmly. Kamila, the young lady at the front showed me the frames that were covered under our insurance. She also did our pre-test intake. She was extremely KIND and PATIENT as it took my son a couple of tries to get through this process. We were then seen by Doctor Romain. She was very KIND and took the time to ask us questions about our vision to see if we had any changes or concerns since our last visit. Dr. Romain was very PERSONABLE and I really appreciated her approach to our examinations. Not only was she was very thorough, but she also explained what she was doing and I did not feel rushed at all.. After our exams we were taken to Nyasia. She was WARM, WELCOMING and extremely HELPFUL to us, both in finding frames and giving us feedback on what looked good on our faces. In addition, Nyasia was PATIENT!!! She took the time to listen to all my concerns and then to see what the best options were for the add-ons that would be best suitable for us. I left this store feeling great about the money I spent and confident that our needs had been met. We will no longer be traveling back to Brooklyn for our yearly eye exams and glasses. This is now my family's eye care destination! The customer service we received at this store was EXCELLENT! Every employee we interacted with was kind and friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this store for anyone who values top notch customer service and a personable approach to eye care.

BUYER BEWARE! ! ! !…read more Vista Eyeglasses Repair is completely untrustworthy and unprofessional. In addition to selling eyewear to the public, Juan also sells so-called "refurbished" equipment -- but what he sold me was nothing more than a lemon. I purchased an edger and from day one it has been a disaster. I've tried my hardest to work with him to resolve the problems, but enough is enough -- I can't keep wasting my time, money, and being constantly played like a fool. I've had the machine for months and was only able to use it a handful of times because of constant issues. He has zero accountability, takes no responsibility, and communicates horribly. Instead of fixing the issue or issuing a refund, he left me stuck with defective equipment that malfunctions repeatedly, costing me thousands in setup, expensive lens reorders, additional costs at another lab to cut lenses, and lost time. He clearly does not stand behind what he sells. And if this is how he handles equipment, I can only imagine the shortcuts, corner-cutting, and poor quality when it comes to your prescription eyeglasses and lenses. If you value your business, your patients, and your vision, avoid Vista Eyewear Repair at all costs.

I've been wearing glasses for years and I've never had that problem before. They did replace one set of lens due to this, but the new ones scratched just as badly. When I picked up the glasses, I laid them on the counter and they were clearly uneven, as one earpiece laid flat on the counter and the other was up in the air. I pointed it out to the guy and he grabbed them, bent one earpiece, and then said "Here, ok?" kind of rudely. They also have a limited selection of glasses. I'm not going to go back there and I'm looking for a new place.
