Quibbles I had with the Bento box are as follows: I found the Miso soup a bit too salty and a bit thin on Miso. The Kimchi seemed a bit on the acidy side to me. Having steamed rice paired with dumplings and Karaage chicken seems pointless. Sort of like having bread served with your hot dog. I did enjoy the pork and shrimp dumplings and the chicken was also good. As mentioned the room was loud, the sound pressure level seemed high and required speaking louder than normal to have a conversation with my spouse. Once past the bar, there is a line of tables down one wall and opposite the kitchen. Every single table seemed to hold a party of two and the space used to maximize seating. This narrow space seemed to contain sound and made for a busy and noisy space. All told, it felt like the place was set up to maximize turnover while offering an interesting menu that is competently prepared and served. It would have been better if it was less busy.
