However, the tech working with him was completely unprofessional seemed to have an attitude like he didn't want to be at work. I asked to also have the tire pressure checked and he said yes, but had the attitude of it was an inconvenience. If this is how the employees are gonna act at this location I'll go back to the South Ogden one where are the employees actually give a shit. Another thing I would like to also mention is it yesterday evening, Tuesday, September 24 the Layton location was also completely understaffed, which is why I went this morning. Also, when you are working on somebody's vehicle, you shouldn't be on your phone.

(Cause everyone just has 150 bucks to drop on a diagnostic that isn't needed right?) I had tightened my gas cap prior to taking my car, but the light was still on. So I was trying…read moreto get service at the Young Dealership across the street but they been booked forever so I found out that Fast Track is part of Young GM, so I decided to come and as soon as I walked in I felt welcomed; Blake was awesome; he really took care of me and made me feel comfortable and like family. He explains everything to me and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He also was able to find a good deal for tires on my other car my Jeep, and I am going to bring that in next week to get those tires installed. Really appreciate his honesty, and the way he made sure to explain everything to me. He even showed me all the fluids in my Tahoe and told me what needed to be changed and what didn't. The technicians were all very friendly and waved to me and said hi. I will definitely be back to get my Tahoe checked here.
