The server came up pretty quick and wrote his name down on the paper. No comment about our anniversary. He seemed very new to the job. The New Year's Eve menu had blackened gator and I had to try it. When it showed up I was not impressed with presentation of the 5 pieces on the plate. The flavor however was great. Good texture and not chewy. Good win. I ordered the lobster and fillet and my wife got a chicken cobb salad. The waiter had to come back to ask how I wanted my steak. When it was brought out I was very underwhelmed. The lobster tail was in pieces. The fillet was horribly cut and looked like a kid butchered it. The lobster pieces were tough and overall not good. The fillet had good flavor but overcooked. My wife enjoyed her salad. The saving grace was the GM Aaron. He stopped by to ask how everything was an I gave him an honest review.
