Cute dresses and clothing and I like that everything is color coordinated. Store owner and a sales associate were there to help. Everything seemed fine and my daughter went back to try things on. After my daughter had tried on her 5th dress, the owner abruptly said to me "I need all the dresses she doesn't want now." It was so rude and off putting. She seemed to become really impatient with my daughter and me. I honestly did not want to give this lady our business at all because of the way she treated us but my daughter liked the dress and she is super hard to shop for. I came 2 weeks ago, to find the perfect dress for an evening cocktail party. I was rudely awoken when I herd an irritating jolt of words come from my back. The sales lady was breathing down my neck asking what I wanted, I respectfully said "just looking right now thanks". But that was not a sufficient answer for her. All of the sudden, clothes we being pulled left, and right and before I could explain I had not found any thing my style the dressing room was full. After confronting the owner about my terrible experience, she called me a liar and attempted to guilt me into deleting my negative review. She told me that if i did not delete my review then a employee would be fired, she then proceeded to comment on my review claiming it was a part time employee who has since been terminated. Bittano is the boutique to visit in Dallas. I feel like there is such an opportunity for a go to, amazing boutique where you can always find that inspiring, must have outfit here in dallas. I know I will always find something I can't live without here without breaking the bank. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE! They've really out done themselves with the new location on Lovers Lane! Beautifully curated and easy to shop. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient parking. I am so with Tori T. on this place. I have only bought a few things from this boutique and that's because the workers here bombard me with questions/statements like, " what are you looking for o really? try this on, whats your size oh try this on, we just got this in try it on, this is so similar to what your holding try it on, this will look great on you try it on, this will show your curves try it on, etc. While I was in the fitting room the sales associates shoved more dresses while I was half nakie and shoes into the room. When I didn't want to come out in one of the dresses they made me because they "absolutely had to see it." UGH After the 12 or so outfits I tried on I walked out with ONE dress ($88). Some of the fabrics/materials of Bittano's clothing is worth the money and then there are some that are of forever 21 material. When I was walking towards the check out counter I was asked why I didn't get the others and was told they would be gone soon so this was my lost, just a bit harsh in my book. The clothes here are cute but the pushy service really discourages me from coming back here again. read more

The Bittanonians get on my nerves! I have never been into Bittano without them cramming stuff down my throat. After every article of clothing I touch, they pop out from behind a rack, scaring the heeby jeebies out of me, and tell me that they just got that top in. Ummm...why do I care if you just got this top in?! If it's butt ugly, the fact that you just got it in is not going to make me buy it. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying their clothing is butt ugly. It actually rather cute, but the quality seems more like Forever 21 at 4 times the price. read more

When I shop for clothes, I typically prefer to take my time and browse the store by myself. I was not given the option to do this at Bittano. Less than 5 seconds after walking into the store, I was greeted by a sales associate who asked me what I was looking for. I politely informed her that I was just browsing, assuming she would understand that meant I wanted to look around on my own. Before I could even begin looking through the first rack of clothes, the sales associate looked me up and down and said "yeah you look like you probably wear a small" then started grabbing a ton of random dresses off the racks, piling them up in her arms. I found that to be pretty bizarre, but I didn't want to be rude so I just kept looking around as she picked out items for me to try on. After about 5 minutes of being followed around the store by this sales associate and feeling so uncomfortable that I couldn't even focus on choosing things to try on myself, I told her I was ready to try on the stuff she had picked for me. Almost none of the items she had chosen were my style and most of it didn't even fit me, but I tried it all on anyway because I felt so pressured to do so, and afterwards I left as quickly as I could, empty-handed. Bittano has a large selection of really cute clothing, however I was unable to find anything for myself because of how pushy the sales associate was. If a customer says that they are just browsing, leave them alone unless they specifically ask for help or suggestions!! I am confident that if I had been able to look around the store on my own, I would have actually found some things I liked and purchased them. read more

Bittano, you have cute clothes, but your obnoxious sales techniques are too much. Sadly, I am too old for your clothes, but my daughters are not. Let me give you a piece of advice. When a mother brings her daughter in to shop, it's generally the mom who holds the purse strings. So, try to engage us a little. I personally find it annoying and insulting to be ignored while you work over my daughter with your cloying, fake valley-girl attitude. If you want to make the sale, back off, give us some room and be respectful. In the mean time, we will take our business elsewhere. read more

Went in to browse with my sister and mom. Sales associate was pushy, made us uncomfortable, and gave my sister very rude looks when she would critique something about a top or pants that I tried on. We ended up not buying anything I tried on, and when we politely left the sales associate again gave my sister a mean look that was way over the top. I have never in my life been more unsatisfied with a store! Not only did they sell me a pair of shoes that were already worn, only to get home and realize they were a little too big, they would not let me return them due to the fact that they had been previously worn(but not by me). On top of that the hundred dollar jeans I wore once, ripped the first time I wore them! And to top it all off, after I had vowed never to step back into the store, I received an identical charge on my account 5 months later at bittano! I had to go back into the store and demand the money credited back to my account. They did credit my account but had no real explanation as to why my account was charged twice, again, 5 months later! Oh and it took 2 calls and a visit to the store to even talk to anyone about it! This store is sketchy! Beware shoppers! read more
