When I got home to eat my food, I realized I got none of my add ons. When I called to ask for service they told me it could not be fixed and they have a policy where food must be checked before leaving for them to honor any mess ups THEY have committed. I tell them my name, they say it's just about ready. 15-20 minutes later, they finally bring it out to me. Ridiculous. It's not like I had a crazy order, we ordered a burger, a wrap, and a salad, that's literally it. It took over an hour to get my food and I was in a hurry because I only had so much time for lunch. No one seemed to even care that my food was super late coming out either, they just kept assuring me that it'd be "ready soon." Why even have a carryout option if that's how it's going to be. Let me start off by saying: GET YOUR FOOD TO GO. There isn't a lot of seating inside and you'll probably be swarmed by college kids while you're there. That being said, the food is great! The burgers are nice and big and very filling! The fries are amazing, definitely some of the best I've had. The salads are fresh, full of toppings and well seasoned chicken. This place's food was honestly worth the wait. It was very busy when we went. I suggest that you order to-go and find a nice place outside or at home to eat; it's pretty cramped in there. This is one of those jewels that you will have to be patient but it's well worth the wait! I totally understand the high reviews because the food is cooked to perfection, flavorful, with large portions. Our party of four was passing through and stopped because of the convenience and great reviews. We all ordered different items and all loved what we got. 13 of us went here after my sister in laws graduation. The restaurant had maybe 3 other parties seated so it wasn't busy at all. At first they made it seem like they were not going to be able to accommodate on the inside and the outside was the only option. They found a solution and we were off to a magical experience. I was the only one that ordered an appetizer so we decided to go ahead and order food as well. While our server was still taking everyone's else order my appetizer came. He never left the table he just put it in on his bad and it was sent straight back and brought out. Awesome! Our food came very quickly and our sever was very attentive. We didn't have to ask for refills and he offered to bring out some "bite" sauce. This was the best sauce I have ever had in my life, on top of the fact that the food was amazing. When you have a party of 6 or more gratuity is already added to each check. Our server informed us of this when he didn't have to, because most people don't but he did. Unfortunately this place will go down hill fast. They have 0 customer service, and give 0 sympathy when THEY messed up my order. They became extremely defensive after they gave me the wrong order and we asked politely for it to be swapped. This is not the first, or second time that they have messed up my order. Usually, it is a small mess up with just a side, but this time, they gave me the completely wrong order worth ALOT less than what I had paid for.
