It really stands out as a solid upscale restaurant in an area where restaurants are typically catered for tourists.
Chef Michael used to work on private yachts and his culinary skills are exceptional. We ordered pan fried salmon, scallops, seafood soup and lobster arancini during our first visit, and one can't ask for fresher ingredients.
At the second time we were there, the special of the day was pan fried halibut with a pistachio crust. Again the fish was fresh and it was cooked to perfection. We also had a warm salad with beets, walnuts and chèvre (goat cheese) which complements the main course.
The food there is not heavily seasoned or cooked with lots of grease. One can actually tastes real food which is both nourishing for the body and soul. read more
