What a cute restaurant! The colors and atmosphere are to die for. The staff are friendly and food is yummyyy. The orange creamsicle fizz drink was perfect for our summer morning. Join there rewards program and get FREE Bonuts!

Belly up - dead kitchen. I wouldn't go until the management fixes their kitchen production issues. Shame on them for not paying attention and fixing it without impacting customers. 4 of us went today. We were about to sit at a table when a server told us the kitchen is "paused" (like that's a normal thing), meaning Belly was not taking any more orders until their kitchen caught up. But we could hang around an indeterminate amount of time until the kitchen clog cleared. I'd understand if Belly had just opened up a new patio area, doubling their customer capacity, although the unpreparedness would reflect an amateur operation. But no - seating capacity hasn't changed. Belly just can't seem to get their kitchen production act together to properly service the same seats they've had since they opened. This isn't a nuance, it's a fundamental restaurant operational requirement. Why not just remove half the seating capacity so you can keep up? I liked the Belly, and I love their bright sunny location. Too bad they can't figure out how to serve their customers. Don't go until they do.

WOW, that biscuit!! I'm no biscuit expert by any means as I just moved here from out of state but what I do know is that this the BEST and most impressive biscuit I've had yet! I ordered the biscuit bennie. It came with brisket that I didn't really care for but I loved the poached egg and mornay sauce on top of that incredibly thick but still soft, light & fluffy biscuit! My husband and I also shared an order of the Bonuts (biscuit donut holes) with both the cream cheese & jam dips. They are just as fantastic as they sound; I could have eaten 100 of them! I will definitely be back for more biscuits :)

Incredible biscuits with gravy with a wonderful eggs Benedict spin.

We had maybe two hours to do a little research on Summerville. We found Biscuit Bely here on Yelp. Great find. Food: incredible biscuits. With gravy. But the first time the biscuits ever stole the show. Second entree: very nice inhouse spin on eggs Benedict. Service: different. You do a lot if it yourself but the crew was great. Ambiance: it looked like a funky refurb of a service station. Well done. Price: more craft than crap so you'll not see a two-for-$5 biscuit deal here. And: we're due back in late April. We'll be here.

I can't believe I've lived in Summerville for so l9ng and never tried this place before. Service, food, atmosphere... EVERYTHING was fantastic. I especially love the coffee bar

Clean establishment, friendly employees, and tasty meal. Only con I had was the amount of food I received. Wished the portions were a bit bigger especially for the "chicken no waffle" option.

Atmosphere is modern and fun. All the staff is helpful and very sweet. They are quick to answer questions and make suggestions. The food is absolutely delicious!

Went to Biscuit Belly on a late Sunday afternoon and the line was still very long. It took awhile before we placed our order but it wasn't too busy in the restaurant. We got our food in about 10-15 minutes after ordering. I got the basic biscuit and my hubby got the Rockwell supreme. My biscuit came with bacon, egg cheese and a sauce of choice. Overall I would say it was just ok. The biscuit was a very classic and dense buttermilk biscuit and I prefer a cheesy or buttery biscuit with lots of flavor. My hubby liked the fried chicken on his and said his biscuit was pretty good. Overall, the food was ok but nothing I'd be craving. With so many other biscuit places in town, I'd rather go to one with faster service and cheesy/buttery biscuits.

My first time visiting Biscuit Belly and this spot did not disappoint. I loved the sequence Summerville sign inside the dining area. The vibrant colors filled the restaurant. You order at the front counter which you are given a number and there is inside and outside dining seating available. The staff bring your food to your table. There are accessible restrooms as well as street parking outside. The staff were friendly and prices were reasonable.

Super fast and friendly service. You order at the counter and then your food comes to the table. We ordered a little bit of everything and it all came out hot and fresh. I liked the sausage wrapped in a pancake - just like a corn dog. The cream cheese frosting for the donuts was delicious. Also really enjoyed the cheese grits!!

I tried Biscuit Belly in Summerville for the first time and I really enjoyed it. This fast casual restaurant is very warm and welcoming from the decor to the associate ready to assist you with recommendations on food if you can't make up your mind on all the menu options. For me, I decided to go with the Belly Board. Included was a biscuit, choice of grits or home fries, eggs your way, and bacon or sausage. There was so much food I took my time to finish it while enjoying the music they played. The eggs were perfect, the potatoes were hot and seasoned well, and the biscuit and bacon were great. Make sure to sign up for the rewards as it is one of the better programs I have seen.

Perfection all three times I've been here! I've always gotta get an extra side of delicious fried green tomatoes here with my biscuit sandwich! They have fast and friendly service, and offer first responders and military discount!

Everything and More going on at Biscuit Belly! I'm a breakfast Gal so I was super excited to come. So when you come in you place an order and then find a seat. Very spacious and vibrant inside. I love the decor. I ordered the Chick n Ditch the Waffle with an over-easy egg and fried green tomatoes. The chicken was juicy and cooked perfectly. The fried green tomato was fried perfectly and the sauce with it was great. My drink was a Praline Mocha iced coffee and it was delish. My friends also loved the lavender Mimosa. There is free parking behind Bexley or you can park in the garage behind the restaurant. Kid Friendly Great staff

I'd begin by raving about the appearance of the place, but we didn't get through the door before the first person, and quickly the second, greeted us with a cheery hello. Whoa! The food arrived quickly, was beautifully plated, and delicious. The continuously refilled coffee was deliciously addictive and worthy on its own of multiple return visits. I had the blueberry pancakes, stuffed with more berries than I've ever seen in a pancake. Light, tasty and filling. My husband picked the "Heavens to Betsy," a scrumptious plate of everything from eggs to biscuits and gravy, potatoes and sausage, which put a big smile on his face. I understand on the weekends the wait can be considerable, so I suggest coming to Eva's during the week. Delicious food, friendly atmosphere and great service. What a shame to see that old Eva's has closed, though I can't say that I'm surprised. The number of times that other restaurants got my business, because Eva's either didn't open until 9am or because of the owners' resolute insistence on an absurdly short weekday breakfast service, was significant. I imagine that story could be repeated by many other would-be customers. I leave my final review with three stars due to this protracted silliness, and I would urge future restauranteurs to avoid such folly. When breakfast could be had, the food and service were quite nice.

If you go back and read my last review, you'll notice I mentioned how they served us all cold bread instead of actual toast. Well it happened all over again. And after I specifically explained that I wanted warmed toast, not cold bread. I still got untoasted bread served to me. My friend's food was inedible. Cold grits and rock solid stale and cold English muffins underneath her eggs Benedict. After our drinks came out we asked for napkins. Then when our food came out we had to ask for silverware. They were having a terrible time busing and setting tables back up. Even when it appeared they had plenty of servers on staff for the size of the restaurant. And yes the restaurant is dated. The bench we were sitting on had springs that are a few visits away from busting through the fabric and the other side of the table offers wooden chairs that have been there way too long. And as soon as you walked into the bathroom you were greeted with an over flowing trashcan that appeared it hadn't been emptied in days... My other friend who is a brand inspector for a restaurant chain does numerous scheduled and unscheduled visits across the Southeast each week. She decided to ask for the manager. Because she always says, they can't fix what they don't know is broken. When we showed her the cold bread we were served and the inedible plate of food, instead of apologizing and asking how she could help. She proceeds to tell us that the kitchen doesn't like the amount of time it takes to actually make toast, so they turn the temperature down and are knowingly sending out cold untoasted bread. WOW! I was shocked that this behavior is known and tolerated. And the fact that she would tell us, is TMI, and extremely unprofessional. There are too many great local options in town to settle. Everything is expensive, so when spending money to celebrate a friend's birthday, you want everything to be great. Poor Deb was apologizing to all of us because she had picked to go here. My hopes of writing this review is to help the Charleston Hospitality Group. I hope they'll take the time to do an inspection and some training to help get this location back to its glory days.

The place is a nice sized neighborly cafe. The bakery display was very tempting, but I had to remind myself why I was here, TOMATO PIE!! Let me preface this by saying I'm from Charleston (lived here all my life except for 2 years), and I LOVE Tomato Pie. I was in utter shock when I saw how huge their Tomato Pie was. I ordered it to go and did not have it heated when ordered. I asked the gentlemen at the counter how he recommended heating it and he suggested in an oven over a microwave to keep the crust crisp. So that is how I heated it. For the cheese lovers this one is for you!! The cheese was a bit excessive and over powering for me. I did not like this tomato pie at all. It lacked flavor to me, and I'm usually one that believes seasonings should enhance the flavor of the food, not cover/overwhelm the palate. What I tasted was CHEESE, tomatoes and a bland crust. I saw the herbs/seasonings underneath the cheese, but did not taste it at all. To each their own, but this in no way tastes like the classic southern tomato pie I grew up loving. I gave a 3 because the menu had MANY options that looked appealing that I may go back to try.
